I came into town 2 weeks ago for seasonal work- my first time in Seward & first time in Alaska. I rode with Angel here & she was AWESOME!!! She started my season off on a perfect note. She was very informative on Alaska & Seward specifically, answered my questions, and made me feel welcomed and at home here?

Perfect experience! The van was clean, Angel was wonderful and very fun, the drive is stunning, and Angel got us there safely yet quickly! I’ll be taking Red Eye Rides again on my way back too, and it’d be my first recommendation to anyone visiting the area.

I've taken two rides with Red Eye and the service was excellent. The owner went out of her way to help me make a connection that my whole itinerary hinged on. We were kept up to date via text when there was a traffic delay. Our driver was friendly, cheerful, and full of good tips.

Red Eye Rides came to our rescue when our previously booked shuttle service did not show up after exiting our cruise ship. We needed to get to Anchorage to catch a flight the next morning. Angel was our driver and owner of the company, she made the trip fun & entertaining. We all had fun & enjoyed the beautiful scenery. We would not hesitate to use them again! She does not believe in business cards so we all got her company stickers - so fun!

We had a great experience with Red Eye Rides and would highly recommend. We flew into Anchorage and needed to get to Seward for a cruise. After looking at several options, we decided to go with Red Eye Rides. Communication was awesome the entire time and Paul, our driver, was fantastic. The trip down to Seward felt like a sightseeing tour at times because Paul pointed out different things along the way, including a huge bald eagle nest and historical information about the road and our trip down. Again, if you need to get to Seward from the Anchorage airport, Red Eye Rides is top notch.

FANTASTIC! They're amazing, nice, kind, and thoughtful. They'll do their best to help you in whatever circumstance, are very fun and nice people, great drivers, great tour guides and happy to help! I loved them, the ride feels like home. Totally recommended!!!

This was hands down the best experience I’ve had with any shuttle service. I did a round trip to and from Anchorage. Angel was super kind, knowledgeable about the local attractions, and a pleasure to be around. The shuttle was in super clean condition, and I could tell that they put time and effort into ensuring a positive experience.

The van was so full of people and bags that I had a lady basically sitting in my lap the entire 2.5 hour trip. I already thought 125$ was overpriced but the outdated van and the sardine style service was enough to make the experience from Seward to Anchorage miserable. 11 people total with the rear seats removed is not acceptable.

The cherry on top was finding out from the driver that they have a discount for those working seasonally in the area. Then when I spoke with the owner she refused to honor it, “I don’t know that company” was the response… the company I work for has been in existence for 40+ years on the Kenai Peninsula, long before Angel started her business here. I’d be happy to copy her reply as I am not mischaracterizing anything here.

The gouging price, sad van, sardine service and refusal to honor their discounts leads me to a bottom-of-the-barrel review. Find alternatives.

If we could give Red Eye Rides all the stars in the galaxy we would!! What a kind, community-focused business! Angel not only went out of her way to help us, but she went above and beyond when my husband realized he left his backpack in the van after our trip. She was so much fun to talk with on our trip, and she really does care a great deal about the people in Seward and helping visitors develop connections with this beautiful community.
