I went in for a TB test to be read. I waited for 2 hours just for that and then when they finally called me in, the nurse poked and pinched the area where the antigen was inserted. Never in my entire life have I seen such procedures when reading a tb test. She pinched me so hard and then told me that I was positive for TB. My skin was inflamed because of her poking and pinching so of course, when she measured for the circumference, it was bigger than normal. Clearly, that nurse has something against people that look like me. She was also rude, yelling at people for politely asking how long the wait time will be. If people can’t be professional in a healthcare setting, please do not hire them.

Rushed and slow, waste of time. Spent 2 hours in waiting room, and 1 hour in the back for a 10 minute conversation. Came in for a work related issue. Er diagnosed Concussion days prior. Came in cause symptoms were getting worse. Doc said my "headache was unrelated to my head injury" and memory loss, blurry vision and fatigue was because " flu is going around".
They didnt test me for flu
Days after a diagnosed moderate concussion.

Iv been waiting in the lobby for 2 hrs to get a TB test for work. When I worked for RediMed, when a TB test came in you took those people asap regardless of appt because it takes 10secs to administer! This is crazy wait times. Get more staff and providers!

Terrible, terrible experience! Employers should consider another clinic for pre employment testing! What a mess! Please don't reply to my review stating you would like for me to call your clinic! I was in contact with this clinic for over a month with no direct answers, as well as speaking face to face with the MRO!

I use the VA so I'm use to long wait times but the Ft Wayne VA does better than this place....not even my grievance with them. Gone to them for new job drug screening and DOT physical, taken 3 times with unknowledgable Dr's that don't even to adhere to the DOT policy. May give some slack to first Dr but the second one, she was trying to double dip in my company's pocket for their misfiling of my physical, trying to make
me retake a physical I passed...and charge the company again. Even my company who has long history dealing with DOT physician clinics got on the phone with them and said what they were doing was wrong and stated they were banning use of this redimed clinic. You see it's reviews and low rating. Stay away from this place. Left and went to a Wellnow clinic right after that...seen and completed physical in less than an hour...one and done.

I will never recommend visiting this redi med!!! My appointment was at 11am. I checked in at 10:44!! I'VE BEEN SITTING HERE FOR OVER 2 HOURS NOW. I understand being short staffed but atp Im the only one left and im sure I checked in before half of these people that got called before me!!! I am beyond livid. This inconvenience caused me to miss an important appointment I had. I have never waited this long in my life!!!!!!! THEY NEED HELP REAL BAD this is crazy

Horrible service. Had a follow up on my arm for workman’s comp (arm was completely fine; healed up quick from tendinitis) and sat there for 2 hours until I finally decided to ask what was going on (they had a half a dozen people go ahead of me; not sure why). They said they didn’t see any paperwork, which is crazy because I filled it out last week! They finally had me come back to be seen, waited another 20 minutes till I finally was told “hey you’re good to go” 🤦🏻‍♂️ go ANYWHERE BUT HERE

Went in for a drug test and ended up sitting and waiting for literally three hours. If that wasn’t bad enough when I originally asked the lady about the wait she said it shouldn’t be that long. I mentioned leaving and coming back later in the day. Instead of being a decent human and saying yeah we normally have two people here so if you come later that would be easier on you she just told me to wait till she had my paperwork in the system. Wasted me entire day because of their bad staffing and communication. The nurses got me in and out in five minutes but waiting that long because they enter paperwork in the computer that slowly is just wild.
