Although I had made an appointment, I still waited more than an hour past that time in the lobby, but I understand others walking in may have needed care before me. Once in the room, the care was fairly prompt and very organized. The practitioner who saw me was thorough and seemed knowledgeable. She did forget a prescription that I requested to accompany the two antibiotics I received, but I am sure if I encountered a problem I could have called back.

Receptionist desk no privacy, everybody can hear your business and information if they wanted to. Other then that, it was great. Ppl very nice and gets things done at a reasonable time and they are professional & courteous; not to mention very gorgeous ladies.

I was there for over an hour waiting in the lobby. When I finally got called in and met the nurse she said the doctor would be in shortly. I waited another 40 minutes and decided to say something because for the last 15-20 minutes I could hear the staff across the hall laughing and playing around and I was about to be late to work. (I ended up being late).So I opened the door to my room and didn't realize It was the doctor playing around while I'm running late to work. I asked her if the doctor (not knowing it was her) could come see me soon because I have to go to work. She said they'll get to me in a minute and the same person I spoke to who was playing around with her fellow staff came in. I was embarrassed, not just because I told the doctor to hurry up but also because she was the doctor and I didn't feel a sense of urgency from her. She came in and was friendly. She checked out my issue. My wife is a RN and has experience in multiple forms of RN currently in lutheran hospital ER. She worked in hematology and oncology last year and knew what they gave cancer patients with sores in their mouths, and told me what I needed but said I need a prescription to get it. I told the doctor and she told me what I wanted was over the counter even though I described exactly what I was looking for (Viscus Lidocaine) and it was not an over the counter medication. She did give me a prescription for something else but that was a "just in case" type of prescription. I went to pick up my script and the over the counter Lidocaine and even the pharmacist was surprised that the doctor wanted me to get the paste for my sores in my mouth. She said this won't really help but I went ahead and grabbed it because my mouth was in so much pain especially when I ate. The lidocaine paste didn't help for more than 5-10 minutes being rinsed away by my saliva shortly after putting it on my sores. Finally after a couple days of back and forth, I got the prescription I needed but at this point my sores were starting to go away and I needed it less than I did before. I was still thankful to get it because it hurt terribly to eat and brush my teeth without it. But when I went to see the doctor it was hurting constantly and my mouth was swollen. I expected to have a longer wait when I walked in but I also expected them to show some urgency and give me the right prescription. Fortunately I don't get sick very often so I won't have to go through that again any time soon.

The medical assistant that checked me in is phenomenal! Give that lady a raise. Seriously! Not only was she friendly, but she was very thoughtful and caring. She went above and beyond in making sure I was as comfortable as possible while she did my vitals and I waited on the doctor. I believe her name was Jae'Nae (please forgive me, but i probably spelled it wrong. I only got a brief glance at it while there). I was also very happy with Andrea Brune. She took the time to explain everything fi me, including possible options.
