I wish that they will listen to me. They only schedule appointments out every 3 months and try to stuff tons of medications and diagnoses on me. They take too long to fill out forms and I’m not sure if the nurse who called me knew what she was doing because some one was whispering to her everything that she needed to ask of me. I am looking for a better quality of care

This is my family clinic and I just want to give Ms. Hollie her flowers she is AMAZING!! I get my blood drawn at my clinic because Hollie knows how to draw blood without hurting her clients. Hollie is professional her customer service is off the charts, she is always happy her energy makes me happy. I have small veins and every time I get my blood drawn the nurse always have to poke me more than once. Hollie draws my blood with no pain. I recommend Hollie deserves a hefty raise!!! “For now on that’s how you draw blood” thank you Hollie

Since when are they closed on Thursday?! I’ve been trying to get my birth control refilled cause I only have couple left and they won’t tell the dr. To sign off.. NEVER HAD A PROBLEM BEFORE! CVS is ready why aren’t you! Frustrating..

Lady I was on the phone with was very careless about my issues, didn’t even try to help me or schedule an appointment, basically said they were booked for the day but didn’t tell me if they were for the week. Told me in a cold voice just go to urgent care. Clearly didn’t want to “deal” with patients and their medical issues. This facility has gone down hill since Dr.Lo left. When she was there she’d personally talk to me over the phone about the issues I was having and help prescribe me medications over the phone because she knew I had a kid and I don’t have a vehicle.

I'm not quite sure why this clinic has such bad reviews from a few people but I must say you can't walk in and expect to get what you want without at least a history of your illness. I was treated amazingly, it was so much better than I expected! I have never in a very long time experienced such amazing staff and most of all the caring, lovely nurses and doctor. One thing I say to this clinic, You saved my life and thank you for that. 🙂 - from Lovanna - a very appreciative patient.

Also when I was there I saw how busy these women at the front desk are. Give them a break.

Had to have my sister drive me down to the office because they never answer the phones. And I was too sick to drive but needed to be seen. I got a appointment for the next day, which was a waste of time. I've been too sick to work, or even get off the couch. Dr. Pham argued with me about wanting to get off my medication, which I believe is making me sick, since I never felt this way until I started taking it. Then when I mentioned I've been having anxiety about missing so much work he IMMEDIATELY said I need to see a behavoralist and he can't do anything for me until i see a psychiatrist. When my sister mentioned that he only took a few minutes to talk to us he said well it's better than zero minutes. So he told me the nurse would explain my paperwork for me, which she didn't . I went to the waiting room and they turned off all the lights and left for lunch. I didn't even know who this mystery doctor I was supposed to see was or where I was to leave this signed paperwork with my personal information at. When the nurse peeked her head in because she forgot something she said to just leave it on the desk and my insurance will let me know. In two weeks. So basically this place does not respect or care for their patients.

WAYYYYY better service, more personalized that Arrowhead in Colton. Sometimes the wait is long, but the people are 100x nicer and you can actually find parking. Even the security guard gives you a kind greeting as you walk in.

Dr. Lo (I think she's a PA, sadly she left) and the clinic staff are the best! However, one of the front desk person was power tripping. When I asked to talked to the supervisor (separate call) the supervisor put me on speaker without my permission or at least inform me that I'll be on speaker with other staff around. I could hear the other staff talking to her about the incident. I think it's very unprofessional.
