Dr. Wang has been very compassionate towards me and my health needs. I see reviews and I do not think they reflect on Dr Wang and his care. Yes sometimes getting appointment and administrative duties require some extra effort, but overall I would recommend Dr Wang as a PCP! Dr Wang advocated for my care with my insurance (with of course my probably over communication with front desk to make sure it happened) and I have not had a doctor go the extra mile for me in a long time.

Had problems from the beginning. Poor communication. After finally being established and meeting the doctor, the office decided to not accept HMO plans. The office didn’t even reach out I had found out after I was sent new cards assigned to a new doctor. My colonoscopy referral was also approved then canceled. Was told it was a paperwork issue and would be resolved, but 3 months later it’s not. I can’t have a follow for my procedures cause it wasn’t fixed on time. The office could have told me sooner they didn’t plan on taking HMO in the future so I could have done something else right from the start and not wait for the issue to be resolved.

I had a terrible experience at this doctor's office. The lack of communication was astounding—getting any information was like pulling teeth. The office manager was unprofessional and unhelpful, making the situation even worse. It's clear that this office doesn't prioritize patient care. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Yikes!

Can’t get ahold of these people to save your life! I’m having heart troubles (was told it could be type 3 brugada by the the ER doctor) so now I’m in need of a cardiologist, getting a sooner appointment was beyond difficult but after bugging they magically had a day a month sooner with 6 different times of availability, that in itself is absolutely ridiculous, now I’m trying to get ahold of them to see if I should postpone a trip I had planned until I see a cardiologist or not and they don’t answer my questions, they just ask for my updated insurance information and unfortunately I didn’t have my card on me at that given moment so they hung up from the call and I cannot get back in touch with the lady at the front desk, they keep sending my call to their answering service, this place does not care about their patients they care about the money, even when I’ve seen this doctor I feel like he could care less about any issue I’ve had in in and out within 2 minutes of stepping in his office, do yourself a favor and stay away. And whoever is working the front desk at his office should be fired

EDIT: I went to my appointment, Dr, Wang apologized, seeming very sincere, and was really pushing towards me getting the care I need which I really appreciate, it seemed it was more mis communication from the front desk then it was from the doctor himself. Thank you for making it right Dr. wang

First impression, extremely rude receptionist. Called because I had a few questions, she seemed annoyed from the moment she answered the phone. She responded to my questions as if the answers were obvious and I was dumb. Clearly I don’t work there, hence why I have questions/concerns and needed answers. Why work in customer service/reception if you don’t like to deal with people. Will not be going to this location. Hope management can train employee to have good customer service and be welcoming, this isn’t the first bad review of thee front desk which is telling

Two relatives of mine saw doctor Anders a few times. He was great the first visit but after one brought up a medical concern he was quick to dismiss her complaints by pegging it on a condition which did not match her symptoms at all and rushed her off. He never even laid a hand on her to hear her chest/breathing or anything. Never did any osteopathic manipulations (which he claims to do on his website and would have been likely very helpful in her situation, or at least to be assessed for it) She was shocked. She felt so deflated because her symptoms clearly didn't match his assumption. They were quite the opposite of the condition he said he thought it might be. He clearly did not listen to her symptoms, although he was looking right at her. He lacked a sense of caring when it came down to it. After several more weeks she touched base again to let him know the condition was still present and concerning her and he said he did not know what to do ( literally) and left it at that. He did not offer any suggestions or follow up tests. It was if he wanted her to not pursue the issue/treatment through him. She had also been monitoring another health problem in which he did nothing to help her with and actually told her she did not need to monitor it (RED FLAG). Her condition is widely recognized as a high risk condition that requires yearly monitoring and had she not discussed this with a nurse friend of hers and listened to him, it could have resulted in a disaster. It seemed like Dr.Anders didn't want to deal with anything too complex, outside of wellness visits. My other relative developed a painful virus and saw him for that, she had been to him previously with no issues, since nothing was wrong. She said she felt that he didn't really listen to her and "blew her off" in the patient portal when she asked more questions (she was in pain and wanted help and to learn more about her condition). He just stopped responding to her, as if to cut her off so she wouldn't come back to him, just like my other relative. Additionally, they both said the office staff seemed very young and inexperienced and had issues relating insurance billing and following up. My biggest concern here seems to be the lack of knowledge on his part to handle actual medical conditions , ones that may pose some difficulty, research and work. I question his ethics as a doctor to just dismiss patients in need. If it were just one family member, ok but two had consistent experiences. My hope is that this review serves as a wake up call to Dr.Anders and also cautions patients to be their own health advocates and perhaps find a doctor that can be a true partner in your healthcare. Both of these women were left stranded, unable to get into other offices for months as a new patient. Save yourself the time, and start things off with a different doctor.

Dr. Anders was an amazing doctor that cared and went the extra mile. This joke of a replacement can’t be bothered to do the basics and his office staff is lacking in any basic customer service skills or common curtesy. This office does NOT follow through with labs, medical referrals or medications.
