Everyone there was courteous and professional. They helped me with insurance questions and thoroughly explained what ailed me and discussed various treatment options. The Doc provided her opinion about what option she thought was best for me and explained how I should take the medication she prescribed. I had zero questions about anything by the time I left. And, I got right in to see the Doc right away with very little wait!
The entire experience was awesome.
I wish all my visits to medical providers were like this.

Redwood Urgent Care Clinic in Crescent City is awesome! The wait time was very short, the staff was friendly and kind, and the facilities were clean and well decorated. I went in with a sore throat and the PA, Lynn Szabo, was very quick to see me. I was treated with dignity and respect and my sore throat was treated appropriately for my diagnosis. I will definitely go back for all my future Urgent Care needs.

Great experience here, easy check in medical history taken very quickly. We saw a PA, got an x-ray it was read by a radiologist for a diagnosis, got a shot and a prescription was called in all in less than an hour. Everyone there were extremely nice and very professional the place is clean, bright and beautiful. We will totally reccomend Redwood Urgent care to everyone we know if I could give them more stars I would. Finally quality urgent care here in Crescent City!

I walked in today to be seen for a cold/flu I have had for two weeks with a cough. The nice doctor I saw was named Lynn, and she ordered a chest X-ray which was done on site in a timely manner. Every employee I saw was kind and helpful, including the intern Andi (spelling?) who listened to my whole explanation and story. The X-ray tech also checked me in, and he was kind as well and did a great job. The whole thing didn’t take as long as I would have thought; just a couple hours. If that seems like a long time, it’s not in my experience, especially with an X-ray. Lynn prescribed some medications and I filled them right away. Thank you all for your kindness and compassion!
These people know what they’re doing!

I was walking in the RV while it was in motion and pretty sure I broke my toe. I came to Redwood Urgent Care at 610pm and they were so great! They had me in and out, buddy taped with a sandal, in 20 minutes. As an Infection Control Nurse, I look at cleanliness and hand hygiene. They were excellent at both. Everyone was friendly and I appreciate all they did!

We are traveling and my mom developed an infection in her leg. Not knowing the area we Google urgent care facilities. Redwood Urgent Care came up, with good reviews, so we took her there. The staff was amazing, very compassionate and knowledgable. If you need a urgent care, Redwood Urgent care is the place to go.

Took my 2 year old son in- as his pediatrician wasn't open since it was the weekend. We made an appointment online first since I also have 2 other children and didn't want to wait. The staff was super nice and was called back after just a few minutes. They took a good current history and his symptoms and was thoroughly looked at and was given 2 prescriptions which were called into our pharmacy asap. By the time I left and drop to CVS they were filled and ready for me to pick them up. AMAZING SERVICE, CARING, AND AFFORABLE! So thankful they are in Crescent City!!!!!!

I had my first ever deep cut that needed stitches. Walked in with no wait and was seen right away. Took a good history and then took care of my cut. Sent me home with all I needed to care for it with good instructions. I would not have gone to the ER for such a minor injury but I needed care. Great solution.
