My son has been a patient at Redwood since birth and I can't express how thankful we are for Dr. Clarke and team. Dr. Clarke (and on occasions when we have seen Dr. Rappel and Dr. Kelley) have always been incredibly thorough during our visits and have patiently answered our long list of questions. We have always felt heard and our little one cared for. From a technological perspective, I appreciate the online check-in/intake process because it helps keep our information current and saves time when we arrive. The admin staff are friendly and are consistently organized with the intake process upon arrival.

I highly recommend Redwood to parents, especially expectant parents because the Pediatricians at Redwood are one of the few that actually still visit the hospital upon baby's arrival and perform vital checks for baby and start building relationships with parents!

Let me start by saying Dr.Ruppell has been fantastic. Other than that, our experience with this practice has been HORRIFIC. My two month old had a fever and I called the nurse line as a very worried new mom and was told the nurse would “call me back”…. I never received a return call. TWO of our appointments have been cancelled without warning- I also had taken work off for these appointments being vaccination appointments. Outstanding due bills are not brought to your attention until months later; I would have paid them immediately if notified. Overall unprofessional staff with the yelling and loud/vulgar language in the halls and at the ‘nurses’ station. I am switching pediatricians immediately. Don’t waste your time with your kids and don’t risk their health

Second time at this office because we moved from the Berkshires.Ericka is great, but the lady who gave my daughter her shots today was extremely militant and not compassionate at all with a baby who was crying and clearly uncomfortable. We all reacted to it. Never experienced this at our former pediatrician. Walked out without scheduling the next appointment.

Office used to be incredible, but after having multiple appointments canceled by the Doctor or staff with zero warning, losing money due to leaving work…. I cannot give a higher rating.

This is mostly a dissatisfaction from one visit. Very upset about getting a bill for an office visit when I was told there wouldn’t be one and received a bill 3 months later for something that could of been handled on that day or the next day when I actually saw a doctor (not her primary doctor because we love Dr. Clarke for the past almost 15 years). Paying isn’t the problem it’s being told there isn’t a fee and getting a bill months later with no good reason why. If it weren’t for Dr. Clarke I’d change offices but she makes my daughter comfortable.

First and last time I'll bring my son here. They are still living in 2020 and think forced mask wearing is a viable option in this facility even after all the evidence and admissions by "authorities" that masks DONT work and never did.

The lack of care of concern is disturbing. I don’t typically leave reviews, but this situation shouldn’t happen to anyone. My daughter has been experiencing chest pain and pressure. Her doctor ordered a 24 hr Holter monitor. It’s been going on 3 weeks and no response. I’ve called, been told the results are in, they just need the doctor to review and someone would call. No call. I call back 2 days later, was told a message was sent to the nurse to follow up, no call. I call back again and then are told, they’re waiting on the cardiologist to send the results. I call the cardiologist, they say the file was sent a while ago. For something so urgent as chest pain, the response to this is very disturbing. I’m still waiting on the results. Hopefully this review will spark a call back.

Let me start by saying, I've seldom had good experiences with doctors, so I'm a pretty harsh critic. However, since having my son, Redwood Pediatrics has completely changed my views! My son goes to see Shannon, and has been seeing her since he was born. She is FANTASTIC! She's very to the point, always answers my hundred million questions, and is very encouraging- which as a first time parent, has always been greatly appreciated. In addition, the nurses at this place are fantastic- they are always so friendly, welcoming, and kind- even throughout this pandemic (which honestly, cannot be as easy as they make it look!). We feel so lucky to have found such a great pediatric facility! Thank you guys for all you do!
