My 94 year old Dad stayed at Regal for rehab after hospitalization for a fall. The nurses & aides were very professional, vigilant, caring, respectful & empathetic. The admin staff & social services staff were in communication regularly. The food was tasty & nutritious. The rooms were very clean. Overall it was as positive an experience it could have been under the circumstances.

Poor excuse for a rehab. Unfriendly staff that should get out of healthcare. Neglectful care made my Mom worse that when she went there. Attitude when questioned about her declining condition. Now being investigated by the state for billing for services they didn't provide. This is an awful way to treat our geriatric population

My mom is being treated like a queen here. I couldn't be more thankful. It was the hardest decision moving her to memory care but I know she is safe and well cared for. The people who work on this unit are very special and they care about their patients. Thank you to everyone working at Regal Care, especially those on the memory care unit.

Our mom/family matriarch was at Regal Care in Harwich following a fall and subsequent surgery. The staff was wonderful to her and to all of us during this trying time. Very special thanks to Terry and Megan and Melanie, as well as all the therapists, but really everyone we encountered from the receptionists to the staff who keep the facilities clean were all gracious and kind.

My mother was transferred to Regal Care very recently for end of life care. The staff at Regal Care has been absolutely wonderful to both my mom and to us, her family. They managed her meds, arranged for us to have a private room, asked my siblings and I if they could do anything for us multiple times, and were very respectful of the gravity of my mom's situation. A special thank you to Faith, Terry, Marcy, Bailey, and Jenio, who all went out of their way to make this journey bearable. All of the staff was great, but these individuals were so very helpful, skilled, and compassionate. Thank you all so much!

Update: I called as you requested, got voicemail, left message and never received a call back. Ya, you REALLY care.

If I could go negative I would! I was in this place for a week. Unable to walk. My call button was broken the entire time. When I would get my neighbor to call we were yelled at stating they had a ratio of ONE nurse and 2 cnas to 32 patients and they didn't have time for this!! (I almost fell out of bed and was kind of stuck. They kept my door shut making me feel isolated. The final straw was when they were not paying attention and got my tube caught in the lift and ripped it right out of my kidney causing me to have an operation to put it back in. I cannot describe to you the pain!. I didn't even see Pt until I was a couple days in. . Do NOT send your loved one here!!!

My father has been in the facility for a period of time now. This was the hardest decision in my life to make. I took care of him for two years until it became way to hard for me to balance work and caring for him. The staff there, Marcy especially has impressed me beyond belief. Her compassion, professionalism and care for everyone is amazing. I couldn't be happier she is there looking after my father, My father always brightens up when she enters the room and that makes me feel even better about him being there.

My grandfather was just discharged after being here for Rehab for the last 2 months. My grandmother volunteered here when it was Cranberry Pointe many years ago and we could not be more pleased with the care that he received. He was thrilled to be in the halls where she had spent so much time assisting others and was sincerely complimentary of all staff attending to his needs. Unit Manager, Terry, was always available to answer any medical questions that I may have had regarding his care. And he enjoyed the care of Shenae and the nursing aide team who always made sure he was well kept. Stacey and Lauren of Rehab were absolutely exceptional in helping him to regain his ADLs to return safely home. They also helped me to feel confident that his therapy goals were met by inviting me to witness his exercise program as well as explain all of his progress and safety tips and DME to have at home. Kerry, MDS, was amazing with her guidance in listening to the struggles of trying to get him home. She was so patient and supported us all the way through discharge even when it took longer than what we had planned for as a family to get all of the pieces at home together. And Amanda always greeting us with a smile as we walked through the front door. We can't thank you all enough for your help in getting our Papa home. He's been home for more than a day now and doing great! Thank You!
