I just want to recognize all the dedicated Medical Doctors of this hospital for providing great care to their patients. I was admitted on 1/7 (Rm3107) and the Nurses, Respiratory Team, Nutrition, Transport gentlemen, are all amazing. Special shout out to my Nurse Stefanie, making sure and followed up that I got my medication transferred to another pharmacy even though she was off duty already. Thank you all!

Very hard to get someone to answer the phone. It rings way to long that I give up! I need to speak to a supervisor but not able to. The only thing good about this hospital is the food and nursing care. I had a broken ankle and the doctor who perfumed the surgery I never saw again. I was not able to see the x-ray which I always asked to see. I had a broken ankle before this one and I was well informed on everything. Now I hear you sold the hospital to the county or city. Very sad!

My mom went to the er by EMT, they ran test, no one came back to let her know what the test result were. The nurse came In to her room (25) and was very rude and said you being discharged. When asked what was the problem with my mom, the nurse was very rude and said it’s all In The packet and to see a doctor. The nurse went back out to the hallway and told the other nurse Steven that my mom had questions and Steven told the nurse well she need to get a doctor. They couldn't even explained what to do or give suggestions to my mom. They just said she was fine.

I went to the ER after noticing sudden vision loss on Saturday night. I am generally healthy and this was my first ER visit. They ran blood work, CT scan, and an EKG and discharged me with instructions to follow up with my optometrist. Their sole focus seems to be to rule out stroke while I know my problem should be looked at as Eye problem.
The ER doctor seemed to have no understanding of eye conditions, and there wasn’t an ophthalmologist available. On Monday, I was diagnosed with a detached retina by ophthalmologist and needed a surgery. I lost two crucial days which is critical for full vision recovery. My retina specialist is not sure if will get full vision because of the delay.
I wouldn’t recommend going to this ER unless it’s a life-threatening emergency.

I've been here two times. Here's my thoughts;

1. Lack of Communication
Medical staff often dismiss your concerns and seem irritated when you ask questions, pushing you out quickly due to the high volume of patients. Even basic tests are met with resistance.

2. Unsanitary Conditions
Bed sheets and testing lab equipment are not changed between patients, raising hygiene concerns.

3. Claims Processing Issues
Customer representatives fail to process your claims, despite repeated requests to correct the inaccurate information they provided. There’s no acknowledgment or apology for the oversight.

Overall, the atmosphere feels rushed and entitled, with staff often expressing their stress through rudeness toward patients and their families.

Recently in the ED, they don't have an on staff gastroenterologist so couldn't provide emergency care. Had to go to a different hospital for care. High turnover of staff due to poor standards of care.
I left, no one talked to me about risks - but they added a cya note into my chart. They lost their level 1 trauma status - they should close or have someone else manage the facility. Worst healthcare ever.

I called them back per their request, left my contact info and you guessed it they NEVER called back, another level of poor management and patient disrespect.
