They flipped the gurney over on top of my father-in- law onto the pavement. Scraped the skin off of his forearm. It also gave him a large bruise on his head and fractured ribs. They could not get the bed off of my father-in-law. Luckily there was a fireman and a police officer there that saw this happen and they helped get the bed off of him. Since this happened, he has had severe pain from the fractured ribs and his back. They still HAVE NOT provided an accident report and it has been requested SEVERAL times.

I am currently sitting in the er in with my father. He is united states navy veteran.
He has been discharged from the st clair Saint Vincent hispital for 4 hours now. I have watched three of your crews come in and leave with empty gurneys. Your people are supposed to be taking him ACROSS THE STREET, and yet every crew leaves without him.

I would like to send this Letter of Appreciation to Regional Paramedical Services out of Leeds Al.
I would like to share our experience with all who reads this post.
Sunday 8-16-2020, my wife was having problems breathing with chest pains. The two people who responded to our 911 call, was Ms. Eva Foley and Mr. Alex Smith. They provided expert service and with that extra personal touch of a caring person. When that kind of personal touch they showed us, it really shows us we are lucky to have this high caliber of people doing the job they do.
I just want to thank you both for that kind service you showed us.

One star is too many. They left my patient stranded in the sun. They put him in a wheelchair when the reason we hired them was because he wasn't supposed to go in a wheelchair. They left us at the drs. office outside waiting on them and we had already paid extra for them to stay with us. Then they tried to bill us more and the people on the phone are there are full of manure of the bull type. I'd not recommend them to anyone ever.

I was told I was Hospital shopping and they couldn't give me anything for pain nor would the hospital. The whole time I had a small bile obstruction and gastroparesis. He also tried to convince me not to go to the hospital I asked to go to.
