We had a very good experience here recently on a weeknight in November for my toddler to get stitches. Everyone who helped us was so friendly and made us feel comfortable. We were also helped immediately; did not have to wait like at the Richmond ER.

Great hospital equiped to handle a lot of patients but they don't they decide to throw it all on top of Richmond but its okay. I went over there for a broken nose nothing serious and quick to handle. But sat in the hospital room for 4 AND A HALF HOURS. Just because I had smoked out riding my bike on a hill. Id get it if there was a lot of patients but the hospital was dead as it was 4:30 in the morning. So basicaly they just waste your time and money please dont go here unless its critical or your going to a checkup.

Probably the rudest doctor in Indiana. How is it that someone can come in with all the symptoms of a ectopic pregnancy and after being told by a nurse to come into the ER ASAP you have a attitude and throw up another visit about a different concern. Your job is to find the cause of the issue and treat it, but bedside manners doesn’t exist in the medical field anymore.

We been sitting in this emergency room for an hour an a half guess what still waiting while we hear laughing talking they are sure cutting it up out there while we are in agony
