I cannot say how much I've bennefitted from the services offered here. Being an athlete in the martial arts world, constant training requires consistent care to prevent and quickly recover from injuries. The staff is amazing, accomodating and knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

my husband and I tried the infrared sauna together. The place was very nice and clean and the sauna was in a nice private room. They provided fresh, clean towels. I highly recommend bringing drinking water into the sauna with you. The sauna was very hot, 150°F. I think next time I will try a lower temperature as I did get overheated and felt a bit dizzy. It was nice that we had a bit of time to rest afterwards in the private room. The people there were super nice and friendly, I would definitely come back!

At first I was nervous but the clinician was very understanding and thorough explaining the whole process of things. Clean and comfortable definitely want to continue HBOT. I highly recommend this however it’s not just one session this is something that you need to continue to see completes results. I plan to do 30 sessions one time per week.

Had the best experience at this location. The staff were knowledgeable and extremely helpful. My boyfriend and I did the infrared sauna and we are already look forward to our next session. We are excited to come back!

Such a great experience! Staff was so warm and welcoming and walked me through my treatment in such a wonderful way. Jess helped me she was so amazing! Such a great first experience with cryotherapy. I got the full body and cannot recommend enough! You must stop in and try!

We love using Rejuv's infrared sauna. The facility is very clean and high quality. Staff and friendly and attentive. We do a couples sauna as a way to reconnect and I highly recommend!
