I have been trying to replace the batteries in my power chair for 4 or 5 years now they never call or leave a message when I call them. My case manage and my doctor have been trying to get ahold of them for just as long. With no response. They finally called and left a message yesterday but the lady said it so quickly I could only he9 numbers. So I still can't get ahold of them. Reliable?

I have no words to describe how poor customer Service is at this location. My grandfather who had a stroke, cannot walk and relies solely on his wheelchair. He has been asked to wait over four months for a replacement. Initially, they declined my insurance claim to support my grandfather, because the wheelchair was dirty. I was yelled at by one representative and said he would deny my claim because I was “getting upset”! I requested to speak to his supervisor, and am continued to get the runaround from this new representative since December 2023. It is now February 28 and I have yet to get any results or clear communication. The chair is now in their possession and has been “looked at” for the last two months.

I have left voicemails, text messages and called to speak to ANYONE at this point, and nothing! My grandfather feels neglected by this company who has claimed to want to help him. He cannot walk and has not left his home since October 2023 because he needs his chair to get around.

I’ve never posted a review in my life but I really wanted to warn people about this place. I’ve been trying to get an electric scooter for my grandmother for almost 6 months now. This whole process has been incredibly frustrating as there is no communication on their end. I call and leave voice messages with no response back. And it isn’t just 1 individual either, every person I’ve spoke to is the same. There is no initiative on their end and never once did I feel like they actually cared about me or my grandmother.

In October, she was evaluated for the scooter and they told me everything was proceeding smoothly. They told me the model I wanted wouldn’t be stock for about 2 months. I call back in January and was told she never passed the evaluation? That wasn’t the truth so I requested a reevaluation. The same technician came again and said that there was never an issue with her evaluation. I spoke to someone else who assured me that my grandmother’s scooter order was being worked on. She also told me to call anytime I needed an update. I started calling her at the beginning of February-leaving voice message after voice message- with no response again. Finally, I call the main line and I’m told that she’s no longer handling scooter orders. Every piece of information I’ve gathered was not from them reaching out, but from me doing so. The next person who said they would be my point of contact also stopped responding to my calls. The final person who assured me that the order was ready for delivery soon just told me that the order can’t proceed because of my grandma’s chart notes (again with me having to reach out and ask for an update). Go anywhere else for a scooter because I can’t imagine anyone doing a worse job. I have finally decided to cancel my order with them because it will never get done. I hope this deters everyone from this company.

Run, don’t walk, away from this company. I can’t speak for all locations but their San Jose office is incredibly unprofessional and they discriminate against the very people they’re supposed to be helping.

My ramps were recently delivered. The order was incorrect and incomplete. The consultant who did my initial evaluation several months ago specified tri-folding ramps because I have weight lifting limits and these ramps come apart into more manageable segments for portability. What arrived was not a trifold ramp but just one that folds in half and doesn’t come apart, not at all manageable. They also didn’t bring the ramp for the interior or the plate to go over the sliding door frame. Worst of all isn’t even that mistakes were made but is their attitude and failure to communicate. The person now handling my account hasn’t even called back and it’s been this way all along, they just don’t respond.

While the delivery driver was here, he called his supervisor and relayed to me that his flippant response was, “ it’s not our fault if she can’t lift it.” Unreal, that was the whole point of the trifold version made by the same company. Further, the driver said they may not even provide the front ramp because my neighbor shares the same entrance. Outrageous that he would make such an assertion, which is nothing less than discriminatory. He’s not on the board of my condo complex; these accommodations cannot be reasonably withheld; other residents use them here in and outside their homes and to access the pool, AND, again, the point of the trifold was to make it more portable. Further, the driver himself then insisted the trifold ramps don’t come apart anyway which isn’t at all true.

This is a tangled mess now because the original consultant no longer works there and I’m not getting a response from anyone now. I feel taken advantage of. I cannot bring my wheelchair inside since the order is incomplete due to their complete lack of professionalism or even caring one bit about their customers. Stay away from this vendor!

Very unRELIABLE, two weeks ago they took the payment for the copay of a wheelchair and they said it will be delivered in 2-3 business days. 3 weeks after, it’s still not delivered.

Staff very helpful and friendly.
Knowledgeable and quick depends on service needed.
