Reliable Medical is GREAT. This Santa Rosa team is the legacy of Mark Hawkins and Western Rehab. A continuation of the mom and pop shop that actually cares about you and makes the extra effort. Heidi goes out of her way to make sure her clients are taken care of. Emergencies are dealt with quickly and efficiently. Sarah is always available to answer the phone, return calls and brainstorm solutions to equipment problems. When your daily life revolves around using a wheelchair its such a relief to work with people that understand this. Where else are going to find people willing to skip lunch or shorten their vacation to help you!
Now if only Kaiser would contract with them......
