I could not be happier about my experience with Renew Health. I started having symptoms of pelvic floor dysfunction when my youngest was 3.5 years old. Alyssa took a detailed and compassionate history of my symptoms, lifestyle and current comfort level with exercise. The program she built has been specifically tailored to me, my body and my goals. I truly HATED strength training before I worked with her. I always felt unsteady and uncomfortable lifting weights. Now I am not only free from my pelvic floor symptoms, I am also enjoying and confidently building a strength training routine that will help me achieve my goals as I age. It’s never too late to prioritize your physical health. The entire Renew Health family will help you achieve your goals with compassion and positivity.

Renew Health changed my life! I went in not knowing what to expect but from the beginning I felt heard! Alyssa is beyond knowledgeable and so compassionate! She helped me understand what was going on with my body and helped me gain my confidence back! I now feel stronger than ever and continually use all the tools she provided me along the way. Although, I didn't work one-on-one with Brie she is just as kind and knowledgeable. I always looked forward to my appointments and can't recommend Renew Health enough!

I had such a great experience at Renew Health! From the very first session, I felt comfortable, heard, and supported. Brianna was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything in a way that made me feel confident in the process.

Alyssa, Bree and Sara are all amazing! I was hesitant on going but I truly learned so much and they provided me with exercises and resources that were very beneficial before, during and after birth! Office is also nice and clean, staff makes you feel comfortable (Sara once held my baby so I could finish my appointment) and they are all very personable people in what can be a sensitive topic.

I had such a great experience at Renew! I fell down the stairs and ended up with an extremely painful tailbone injury. Dr. Brianna was so thorough and truly helped me recover. I also learned a lot about my body and better, more effective ways to exercise. Highly recommend!

They are amazing! I worked with Alyssa from 6 weeks to about 6 months postpartum and really feel she’s helped me tremendously. I feel stronger and more aware of my body and feel equipped with the tools to keep progressing towards my goals. They truly treat the individual and you can tell they are passionate about their work. I always felt so safe and welcome. They are awesome people, too!!!

Highly recommend working with renew health. I decided on pelvic floor therapy when I was pregnant. Thanks to Alyssa and Bree I had a successful delivery with no tearing and a positive recovery. Looking forward to finishing out my postpartum care with them to get back into the gym.

Drs. Alyssa, Bree, & Sara have given me the best PT experience I've had, and as a lifelong athlete I have had many PT experiences. I think my pelvic floor is the strongest it has ever been and I am nearly 6 months post partum now. If you are experiencing chronic pain, don't sit back on how your amazing pelvic floor might be able to help you feel better. If you are pregnant or newly post partum, Renew Health is worth every penny. I feel not only back to my old running and cycling self, but I feel stronger with knowledge on how to maintain pelvic health going forward. Highly recommend!
