Edit: I ended up keeping the handles, as I couldn't find others. I had to order high quality iron screws from another company, for an additional cost. Orig post: Ordered 1 sample iron door pull. It had beveled holes with pyramid screws, heftier metal. Liked the look and the item so ordered 51 more. 51 they sent were much lower quality. The 51 had no beveled holes, came with 3 screws (get to that in a second), less hefty and had holes in a different location from single order. Item title says "wrought" iron (hand forged) and then description says "cast" (melted and poured in mold)- which one is it? Misleading. Each 2 holed handle comes with 3 screws that either break in half or head comes off. The screws are junk. The quality is a disappointment.

I have received multiple defective pieces from this company, they do issue replacements, but only after very long 30+ minute hold times. I have also utilized their online chat, it's infuriating not to actually speak to a human, is time consuming and slow. There is no physical store at there location in Erving, they are internet only. Buyer beware and know you could be in for a frustrating after sale, warrantee experience.

I purchased a round toilet and had it installed. After the seat was on I noticed the toilet seat is not the correct size and you can see 1 inch of the porcelain toilet bowl around the entire seat. Customer service told me its the correct seat and the "style" of the toilet. With no other options or seat that can be given as a replacement. Never in my life have I been able to see the actual toilet bowl around the seat anywhere I have gone. This is definitely not a style and not what I would expect from a $350+ toilet. Super disappointed in the purchase and response from customer service. Never will I purchase anything here again.

I had to purchase multiple items for my home renovation project. Even though there are other cheap options available, I went with Renovators as I didn't want compromise on quality. I bought some high tank toilets and a few hardware items for my house. Their customer service is also very helpful as they took quick action to replace a faulty item I received. In my experience, they are the best.

Beware!!! I ordered an item (hinges) on Amazon and they were not as described and wont work for my cabinets. I returned them and still waiting on refund. Per Amazon- this manufacturer holds refund 2 weeks+ from customer. Totally unacceptable. No other retailer does this. I have my paid UPS return shipping receipt. I want my refund. I will to report this
Manufacture and negative reviews. I am not a thief! How dare a manufacturer/seller/distributor treat their customers this way. Do NOT buy from this manufacturer. Report them.

We ordered two high tank toilets in June. Each were scratched. Seats were two months in arriving. One had manufacturer's defects. Comparing the other toilet seat to its tank - the tank is black (which isn't even a color option for the tank we ordered) and the seat is dark oak. Customer service was ok - but there were several times I had to be the one to initiate inquiries to find out the status of items. Explanations for color mismatch, ect were unacceptable as there is no excuse for one part being black and the other being dark oak and thinking it's ok to tell the customer that the black is the dark oak. Just don't bother with Renovator Supply.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Their customer service people do not have access to all the information about their products and simply guess about what piece is what. Their incompetence cost me hundreds of dollars but they will not listen to complaints. They even withheld information from my credit card in response to the complaint I made to them. If you get exactly what you want, things may be fine. But if you have any problems with an order...good luck!
