The front desk lady very nice the lady who works there by the name of Veronica is awful ! She is rude disrespectful and there's absolutely nothing she will do to help you . I would not recommend anyone to use this place . I hope the management over her has a good talk with this person about treating the customers in dire need of oxygen .

Rude staff. I feel they intentionally delay all orders and/or send requests to incorrect physician so as to delay the request. They are so unprofessional, I’m researching whether I can turn them into a state board or something like that!

Had a great experience reordering supplies for my father. I won’t disclose names, but the person who answered my call was polite and successfully helped me, she didn’t give up and found a way to make it happen. Best experience I have had so far.

I am shocked and saddened by the way this company treats customers, most whom are elderly and in poor health. I would like the owner of the company (not the manager, she was rude and extremely defensive) to provide contact info so I can share my recent experience. This company provides a needed service to the community and I know they can do better.

Person that works there very rude and non-professional. Yelling on the phone stating “ we can’t put your daughter to the front of the line!” I never asked this woman whose name starts with a V to put my daughter first . I was merely calling to see if the “other” clinic I. Kerman had gotten the faxed papers necessary for my daughter’s hospital bed since it took the other EIGHT days to receive a fax.. as a registered Nurse for many years I would never treat a patient or their family so rude and non- professional!!!!

Unprofessional and uncaring staff. Called to tell me my “dad died and they wanted their wheelchair back.” No condolences, no kindness just wanted their wheelchair. Happily to oblige them and never do business with them again.

Respiratory Care Plus staff were incredibly supportive throughout the frustrating 6 weeks it took to receive mothers required medical equipment following her hospital release having battled Covid.
RCP became an invaluable resource to me understanding the even deeper frustrations of Medicare billing, codes and forms needed. The folks at RCP were also an advocate on mom's behalf, assisting me in pushing a foot dragging Dr's office that repeatedly sent improperly completed paperwork.
Kudos to all of you wonderful people that graciously put up with my weeks of daily calls. And many thank yous!

They are not competent. Friend got walker from here, staff released it to me to early and so there was error in there side for billing. They called and wanted us to come back to sign paperwork again. Was going thru traumatic time with death in family and my friend being sick in hospital. They could have mailed him the paperwork and we could have returned by mail. We picked up a wheelchair from them that medicare rented for my friend after that, no mention of money owed, was to heavy for me to keep pulling out of trunk so we told them to take it back. They picked it up but left box with leg rest. I called and told someone i would drop off that week, when i came by on friday, they must have closed early and they didnt tell me. Now my friend doesnt need to go in my car so he can use the wheelchair medicare rented for him. When i called them back, they refused to give it back until he paid 75% of cost for walker.
