Ive been trying to get a hold of someone to cancel my appointment and no one picks up. It is 10:40am on a Tuesday. I cant even leave a message either since they dont have
voicemail. What year is this 1960?

If you can go anywhere else, please do. I saw Gwendolyn Cashman, and she was lovely and thorough. However, the office is just a disorganized mess. I was prescribed a bi-pap machine, but the office didn't send Apria all the necessary documentation. Apria contacted them many times and still didn't get the documentation they needed from Respiratory Medical Group. I also called many times, but they don't answer the phones and don't call back after leaving a message. They also don't answer any messages sent through Mychart. When I finally reached someone (after many weeks of trying) he gave me a ton of attitude and told me that nothing was necessary to be sent to Apria, but when I pushed he told me he would leave a note for the doctor's assistant. And when I expressed that I was concerned that I wouldn't be able to reach someone in the office again if the issue wasn't resolved, he gave me a fake extension number. I mean, who does that? They clearly don't want to help the patients in that office. Ms Cashman had expressed to me that my apnea was very severe, and the bi-pap was urgently needed. But her office staff was just condescending and dismissive, making it impossible for me to get the machine. Yes, they're polite to your face when you go into the office, but if they are not following through with the treatment plan, then it's all just a waste of time. This has been the single most frustrating experience with a doctor's office in my life. I finally just went to a different pulmonologist to get my bi-pap machine prescribed, and it has been a much better experience.
