Purchased incorrect nose pillow for mask, 100% my fault. Opened package before realizing the minor difference of the replacement making it incompatible with my headgear, again 100% my fault. Can’t accept returns, especially since package was opened, understandable. My gripe is, after mistakenly buying the wrong nose piece, making a profit on that purchase, at least discount the second one some when I go right back up there to buy the correct one to ease the sting of my mistake a little. When asked, “ Sir, I’m sorry but we just can’t do that”.
Got it. I’m sorry too. I’m sorry that I have been a customer over the last three years, purchasing my APAP machine along with related supplies from you guys. I do my best to support locally but this is a greedy business that will never get another dollar of mine.
