The nurse practitioners doctors are really good. But with that said they have no urgent care for 2 weeks, and they don't let anybody know. Disappointed now I have to go to a mini clinic that doesn't have my medical records and pay a forty dollar deductible, instead of having no deductible. Everybody there is great but this disappoints me. If you're not gonna have enough staff for urgent care, you should let people know. So they can switch primary care, doctor.

Dr Tsanotelis has been our family doctor for 35 years. Any time I've had to wait to see him I never minded because I know he takes as much time as needed with each patient. I appreciate that if more than 15 minutes is needed for my appointment he'll take that time. Also nurses and reception are so friendly and go above and beyond to help patients.

Dr. Michalacos has been my doctor for yrs. He listens to my concerns and is very helpful and knowledgeable. I have a lot going on and he keeps trying everything possible to figure things out and doesn’t give up. The nurses and staff are wonderful.

Staff are always pleasant and professional, from front desk to nurse to lab. Dr Tsanotelis is always attentive to my needs and makes sure all my issues are followed up. My appointment was on time and visit, labs, booking next appointment all done within 30 minutes

Every single person I dealt with was rude. Patient care doesn’t exist here. Apparently it’s typical to wait an hour and a half for an appt with no heads up that the NP is running so behind.

The care that is giving is great they truly care how your doing and feeling Right down to the receptionist checking you in to the nurse checking your vitals to the doctor examining you I've been going to this facility for years . With all their help I'll be going there for years to come

My yearly wellness appointment, Dr. Blanchette. He has been my primary since he started his practice. Always very thorough. Addressing any and all concerns. Great bedside manner. A consummate professional. Sadly he is retiring at the end of the year. Has provided me with excellent care over the years. All the best to him in his retirement years. 🙂
