Terrible experience towards the end of being treated with them. I was going through an extremely hard time in my life and THEY KNEW THAT. Instead of trying to work with me as a patient and help me, they discarded me as a patient. They really need to improve their ability to actually work with patients going through tough periods in their life rather than discard them.

I appreciate the care and assistance Dr. Sidhu and her team have provided me, over the 5+ years I have been her patient. I have learned that being mindful and practicing self-care is a constant ongoing life process. There is no such thing as a sure cure for the blues, fact is that throughout life there will be high-peaks and deep-valleys. As a human being, it is my own work to do when it comes to moods and depression. It is constant and sometimes very difficult work. The Reviv team has been instrumental in my coming to understand it is always a process. However, with the right mix of medical care, excercise, diet and mindful-living the process of overcoming struggle is very much manageable creating a freer space to love yourself authentically. Thank you Reviv team!

My first visit was scheduled a month after my referral with my pcp. Her office then called me saying Dr. Sidhu needed to reschedule and the next available appointment wouldn’t be for another month. Fine. I waited and finally got to my scheduled telehealth visit. I’m a young single mom dealing with severe post partum depression and anxiety and I am the only person who watches my son during the day. During my call with Dr Sidhu my son became very fussy and she told me I had to reschedule because she couldn’t hear me over my sons crying. For the little bit of the call we actually had she was very cold, seemed annoyed, and did not seem the least bit understanding of my situation. When I called to reschedule the next appointment was yet another month away and now her office is telling me she won’t be available for that appointment and I’ll need to reschedule again. In my opinion very unprofessional and not worth the wait.

I've had a good experience with the doctor. She seems caring and listens to concerns. I love the front staff and TMS team. Those ladies are awesome, they take care of me every time I come in, and are incredibly friendly. They make treatment so much easier to handle. They've done everything from helped me with treatment related issues to listen to me complain about work. It's rare to find a medical team that I'm this comfortable being around.

The first thing I noticed about Dr Sidhu was the number of forms I was sent. There were a lot of questions about my current mental well being. I've seen 5-6 other psychiatrists, and none of them asked me a fraction of those questions. Keeping in mind that No One likes filling out forms, that was a sign to me that she cares enough to want to know as much about her future patient as possible. You don't do that unless you, genuinely, want to help someone. My appointment with Dr Sidhu was a phone call appointment, which frankly I was ok with because it's easier for me to talk about my issues if no one's looking me. I found her to be very nurturing, but not placating me. She was straight forward, but not blunt or abrasive. She gave me plenty of time, and explained what her course of action was; and why. I don't know if/when I'm going to find another prescription that helps my anxiety. But I do think I stand a better chance with this Dr.

I was told I was completely covered and 10 minutes before my third session they asked how I would like to pay my outstanding balance of over $300. they went back and forth telling me it was an issue with my insurance and a deductible which was true but failed to mention this until the third session. I received the bill after talking to them for a month saying I have gotten no communication of this and the bill was over $500 with two extra charges of $100. When I asked what these charges were I was told it was to go through my insurance and I had to call them. I spent my day going back and forth with my insurance and them until they finally told me the charge was for going over 15 minutes over the follow up phone call. It doesn't matter if you go 1 minute over, it's an extra $100. After a month trying to figure this out I finally reached the biller/manager Dawn who helped reduce the cost and was very helpful. I changed my insurance and called back asking the cost of the session with my new insurance and they said they would have to call me back. It's been days later and I have heard nothing and I am unable to get the medication I need. Christina King will talk over you and barely let you speak and talks in a way that makes you feel like a dumb misunderstood child and always talks with uncertainty in her voice. The whole process was stressful and infuriating. I tried giving them a second chance but its just not worth the time anymore. If you have Aetna don't bother going here because apparently they have issues with this insurance and it will tell them you are completely covered if you're not. Wish I could have had a better experience like some of these other reviews.

Dr. Sidhu has an incredible staff! I had never been to a psychiatrist before and I did not know what to expect coming in! But every one in this office has been externally helpful, welcoming, and understanding. I have experienced exceptional care and feel confident that I am receiving the best medical assistance and advice.
