Terrible experience. My family member was a 22 year old, very sick from H. Pylori. Lost 10-15 pounds. Was in ER 3x, admitted once where they finally did scopes. Biopsies showed results which could have been detected right away if, at the first visit, Dr Ling had ordered a stool sample for this. Instead she put him on omeprezol so he then could t have accurate results from such a test because the patient needs to be off meds for accuracy. After diagnosis it was a fight for treatment meds the same day. They have so sense of urgency considering how sick he was. 7 weeks of bacterial infection is not okay & creates risk for other worse things. He didn’t do well at all tolerating oral antibiotics and after calling in Dr Long stated they don’t give IV antibiotics for this. That statement is completely false. She didn’t want him readmitted because it would go against her quality measures as a doctor & a practice. It’s literally how doctors are “rated.” Doctors should not lie to patients and assume we are all naive. We could have avoided hospital stay and ER trips had this been handled by a doctor with a clue or one that cares. It’s all a money game & unfortunately it’s hard to find a doctor & practice that takes their patients seriously. The staff was also conflicted, telling us different things. There were some wonderful people helping but overall, we never knew who or what attitude we would get. We will be leaving the practice to find a more organized practice. Your health is your life. A patient is not just a number!

It is no longer RGAL. They merged with what used to be LGI to become RGI.....

THIS PLACE HAS GOT TO BE THE WORSE DOCTORS OFFICE IVE EVER BEEN TO IN MY LIFE!!!!!

Every single one of them that has seen me gave me a different diagnosis. Then when I went to my follow up appointment a nurse practitioner told me that I didn’t have what the specialist said that I had.

It’s been almost 6years now that the pain has slowly increased. I am officially done with this place. They are officially FIRED!!! I called and asked for my records to be ready for me to pick up today. And they had the nerve to charge me $5 for my own records. I will be picking them up today, but I doubt that I will get what I want. They are scammers. A very scandalous group of devils!

My advice to you is to not even start seeing any of them. Find a different group of specialists. They are not worth the time of day. Take it from me, a patient that has been seen by both groups that has done numerous tests that I truly don’t believe one bit.

I am going down to pick up my records and before I leave there I am definitely going through them all to make sure every test and picture from my intestines is in the packet. If I notice that anything is missing, we are going to have a huge problem to deal with. I just have to keep my composure so that I don’t hurt one of them and end up in front of a judge to plead my case.
Once again, please don’t waste your time trying to get a diagnosis of what is causing you pain, no bowl movements or whatever it is that is causing you problems.

Consider me your guini pig!!! Or lab rat. Because to be brutally honest they do not know what the hell they are talking about.

You only see a specialist if you are in the hospital. When you go to their office you see a nurse practitioner not a doctor or a specialist. They merged to create a monopoly on the gastrointestinal specialists in Lancaster county. So you would have to go to a different county if you want to be seen by a different doctor. Which I highly suggest. I am considering trying to find me a lawyer to sue the pants of these people.

I am so sorry that I even started seeing them, now. They straight up
lie to you about your test results.

Be smart and go somewhere else!!
I would not waste my time writing this review if I didn’t feel that you are literally putting yourself in danger by seeing them.

I could go through every test that they “said they did” but that will not help you one bit.

Hopefully I can find an attorney that will take them on for medical malpractice. They deserve every bit of what I’d like to do to them.
And that is close them down.

Best of luck everyone

I've been taken care of by Dr Lomboy since my Crohn's diagnosis in 1998, moved away, and picked up where we left off when I came back, and as long as I attentively follow his instructions, I don't get symptoms and achieve remission.
