Terrible experience from start to finish. Went on Friday with my daughter who is having serious health concerns. Her specialist needed lab results for an important call today. After waiting 45 minutes for the lab tech to call her back for the blood draw, who was extremely RUDE...guess what the labs were not ready today for the call. A woman that appeared to be the manager stood out and talked to the reception staff and said she was going to check on it for us, she then disappeared. No customer service, no care for people's time, and clearly no care that patients have results they need.
UPDATE- Riggs just called my daughter and they DIDN'T label her bloodwork and would need to come back. No thank you!!

The young woman who works at the reception desk was very rude. One of them, I ask if I was in the right health center, because I didn't know which one my Grandson was supposed to be. I even ask her to look and see was he was supposed to be there? She said no I left with wrong directions. I called the main number, and they told me I was supposed to be on Hartford where I was in the first place. She didn't look but, a second and told me he wasn't supposed to be there. Caused us to be half hour late. There are too many employees there that are not professional and too much visiting each other. There is only one person that was helpful, and she sits at the end of the desk, on the left side. The particular young lady was on the right-hand side the first one. I am applauded at the way she treated me. They all were talking and laughing with each other. I am a receptionist myself at a healthcare facility and this is not acceptable.
I hope you are going to discipline her because she caused my energy to plummet. I'm sorry for such a long complaint.

Went in the other day as a walk in, was the second person in line as a walk in patient and they had me wait for 2 HOURS just to be seen. I understand that people with appointments get to be seen first, but to receive no update no nothing is ridiculous. Not to mention I was sick with the flu and I let one of the nurses at the front desk that I wasn’t feeling too good and I told her I was going to either pass out or throw up or both. All it seemed that she was worried about was me throwing up and told me there was a bathroom right next to me. Horrible horrible place, wouldn’t recommend this place even if it was FREE!!! Oh not to mention almost every time I go in for an appointment they. Never. Call. Me. I always have to be the one to call. Very unprofessional. Riggs do better.

They can't do foster parents physicals like they said they can do.

day 1 it took us 15mins to get taken back. Then we waited a 1h30m more to tell us that they couldn't do it. That's after I gave them the paperwork when we 1st got there. so 1h45mins for nothing and they was rude from the start.
We called billing to get are copay back and told them what happen and they transferred us to manger and after being on the phone with her for 45min. She said that they are sorry and she would let the higher ups know. Then we got off the phone. She called us back a hour later and said after she looked in to it and there was no reason way they couldn't do it. So she reschedule us for then next morning.
day 2 it took 10 mins to get taken back and better additude. But again we gave them then same paper work before we started. After they did the physicals we waited1h30min. Then the manger came in and said they could do the paperwork but one question. we would have to get seen by a another Dr. So we asked her 2 question. 1) way did we get this done if they still couldn't do what we needed? They didn't give us a straight answer. 2) way can r.o.c.c do it with one dr. and with in a hour and you cant. Again They didn't give us a straight answer and Just keep telling us that we need to get seen by a another Dr.
So 2 days and about 4 hours later still no paperwork done.
We will not tell people to go there.

After numerous days of calling finally got in to be seen, 10 hrs later no message sent to pharmacy for medical with a rapid infection brewing. Coming home looking at the following up notes etc they got the weight BP etc wrong on the paperwork. Seems like could get better service from the county vet.

A physical for an adult:$172-$154 per visit. Labs: $15. My provider and the clerks are friendly. Unfortunately, I will not be returning. I received billing misinformation from the clerks that nearly cost me $172. An introduction to a therapist, recommended by my doctor during my appointment, cost me an additional $95. It took 5 months for my billing account to be corrected. I had to make several separate trips because I wasn’t given all my paperwork to sign and it all had to be in-person. I recommend getting all verbal info confirmed via email or through paperwork.
