I highly recommend Jessica and her Right At Home team at Solstice Senior Living in El Cajon. They provided excellent care for my Mom during her illness. They were able to accommodate our changing needs and always kept the costs down when possible. Their flexibility, wide range of services and advice were a wonderful resource. I encourage anyone that needs help with in-home care for your elderly family member to contact Right at Home. My sister's heath seriously declined and we needed help caring for her. The staff members from Right at Home were very helpful, compassionate and reliable. They helped with bathing, meals, and cleaning the house. Once my sister got to the point that she needed full time care at a nursing facility, they even put us in contact with someone that assisted with finding a facility.
They are dedicated professionals that care about their clients.

The office personnel are always smiling & kind! Theyre very helpful in assisting my clients in finding activities for the day. Theyre quick to assist when computer errors arise. I really enjoy working with them on caring for my clients. I highly recommend them!

The service is not based on providing the "best care to Veterans by Veterans " as I was told. Jessica who claims to be Director
of Operations is incredibly unprofessional and literally adds insult to injury. Today my caregiver was sick. , yet she did not try to get a replacement. When I called the office over a 4 hour period no one answered the phone. When I asked Jessica if anyone was in the office she texted me that she didn't know!Wait, what? What Directior of Operations doesn't know if anyone is in the office? What sort of company, that provides, a caregiver service, doesn't have anyone availabe to take/make phone calls? In a two month period I have had 3 emergency room visits and 2 hospitalizations, yet Right at Home has yet to provide more the 2 consecutive days of service without a break in service. Thusly requiring me to find, and pay out of pocket for caregivers. I had a caregiver that was assigned to me be reassigned to a client that had more billing hours daily, so this of course is a move that was made to make more money for the company and totally without talking the Veterans ' caregiver need in mind. I wouldn't recommend this service to anyone.
