looks like my post about dr yang got removed somehow, SO HERE IS ANOTHER ONE...

dr yang does not care,
first, he sends my prescription to a store (CVS) That had been recently closed down. i tried getting it changed to an establishment that was OPEN FOR BUSINESS, and he (dr yang) kept saying by phone, "i sent the email, prescription should be there".
well, it wasnt, he kep sending it to the wrong pharmacy until i had to actually go down to rio hondo to speak to him myself, because i figured there was a communication break down...

ultimately, i can tell he thinks i am lying to him about the closed pharmacy, i asked him to call them up. he PRETENDED to call and talk to someone at that pharmacy, which had closed down....now he was actively lying to me...

i ask to speak to gis superior, and when a lady walked in, he claimed "he is far too educated and i dont want to get involved with him".

i was shocked....this building gave me the runaround after that, until i was forced to drop service.

i came back to them a few years later, but everything had gotten worse .
bad communication.
everything had gone through telephone.
throw the whole mental profession in the trash at this point....online and telecommunications therapy sucks and makes you feel more alone than being alone does.

I've been coming to this place for about a year. At first it seemed like they genuinely tried to help me but over time I noticed the biggest thing about this place is they have the WORST communication. It's once a month therapy (since you're doing it through the county, they have a lot of people coming in and they're short-staffed, which I understand) but I've had to constantly reschedule my appointments because I'm always getting cancelled or completely forgotten? When I do call it goes straight to voicemail or my call flat out doesn't even get picked up. I'll get a call back 2 months later telling me they have a date for me to attend and when the day comes there's always an excuse. "Oh you're therapist called in sick today" or I get ghosted, they'll reschedule me for another therapist, or I get hung up on, rinse and repeat.

This process should NOT be this difficult, It's been months since I've last seen someone to help me and I'm unbelievably frustrated.

I come to this place because It's affordable but there is a clear lack of care with patients' cases and It's like I'm constantly fighting an uphill battle just to get the mental help I need. I really just need someone to talk to and I just can't get that here.

DO NOT come to this place if you're expecting a week by week schedule, or if you expect to get helped. They might seem to care but they really don't, they're there to get a paycheck and go home. Extremely unprofessional!

This place is the worst ever this is why:
1. They don't follow up
2. They don't call you back when you're experiencing a mental health crisis
3. They made me wait over 30 minutes when I had an appointment. I finally had to remind them that I have been waiting 30 minutes and finally they helped me
4. The receptionist is very rude and just wants to pass you along to another agency instead of helping you. Um hello this is where I get services so why can you not help me!

My daughter is a patient and at first it looked like they really wanted to help her, but then they just didn't listen! My daughter has a fear of going outside and has major hearing problems. They came to our home, but refused to come inside the house without masks. Well she can't hear you or read your lips with a mask. So then they force her to go outside which makes her anxiety skyrocket. Then she had a major reaction to her depression med that was affecting her eyesight. When she called to speak with her Psychiatrist about it she was told "We are short on doctors and she wouldn't be able to speak with Dr. Daniel for 2 months!". How was she supposed to get help? She isn't sleeping and going through major anxiety and yet when she called in to refill 2 prescriptions CVS said no one at their office is returning phone calls. This is very sad and every day my daughter gets worse with zero help from these doctors!

my therapist ghosted me, im not even kidding💀. she kept rescheduling until she stopped answering my emails and never called me back. you would assume the clinic would call me or something, NOPE! if i was someone with serious suicidal thoughts, this would have been a breaking point. shame on all of you.

I always have trouble with someone who doesn’t answer phones? I have a good therapist thus far. However, I had to reschedule my appointments several times due miscommunication and or schedule timing days that conflict between us. Today I was supposed to have a 3:30 appointment with Denitza. I call no one answers the phone. I leave a message that I need to reschedule yet again because I have another appointment scheduled. I have a missed call 30 minutes later. I’m sorry I can’t be juggling around and forth and calling when no one ever answer the phone or relays messages. I left a message my anxiety is through the roof and this is my third therapist. I really don’t want to change anything it’s the miscommunication between the staff. As a sociology major this is completely unacceptable and institutional failure.
