Have become a regular here after moving and every time i go in it's always a relaxing experience. Every single worker there is always helpful and more than willing to answer any questions you have. Prices are also the best around for carts at least that i know of. high% best deals around. Highly suggest going here at least once

I bought a battery from Rise that had stopped functioning after 2 weeks of use, so previously left a review on here as the website did not allow me to leave a review there for the battery. The GM, Mike, was an absolute gem and messaged me right away, offering to replace it with better, higher-end batteries and a 50% discount on my next purchase. His response was more helpful than any I’ve gotten while encountering issues with other companies, and kinder than others as well. Thank you for such amazing service! I’ll certainly be coming here for any and all flower-related needs.

I recently moved out of MA so it’s nice when i do get the chance to come back here. The staff are friendly, helpful, and kind and the place is neat and clean and they always have fun little accessories to look at or sometimes even a little sample booth. The older gentleman with the glasses even remembered me from when i used to be a regular here. Thanks for your consistently great service. Also love the messages and timeline on the back wall. Great way to educate.

I came there since last time I complained and this store still same and not even improved.

Again I will say if you want wast your time with ID this store is for you.

I didn’t ordered online and the lady forced me to ordered my name online while I’m in the store they can just call my item by name. Ridiculous

Rise in Maynard is hands down our favorite dispensary in the state. Our favorite supervisor, Seth, has guided my fiancé and I through our cannabis journey from the very beginning, helping us find exactly what form and strain works best for us. Seth, specifically, but also every staff member I’ve met at Rise in Maynard, has been extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Not to mention a welcoming environment and exciting new products in store every time we go in! Highly recommend Rise in Maynard to anyone looking for an exceptional cannabis buying experience!

Ryan is the man. Always helpful always courteous and gives that small town feel by remembering his customers. Otherwise its your typical corporate entity. Dont pay their staff for working holidays, and im sure the benefit package could use a boost. Location is the best part other than some of the employees being awesome.

Had a great experience been there multiple times with my dog as well super friendly staff is very informative laid-back environment. Staff is also very knowledgeable about their own products.
