I ordered a glass thermometer. I placed it in a glass of water to rinse off and the bottom metal part snapped off.... rendering it useless. I only had it for one day. I contacted the company via email, with pictures, to let them know what happened. Their response was quick which was good. The total for the purchase was $25, which included shipping of $5. The informed me they would only refund me $15. They would not refund the shipping cost and they were charging me for a restocking/disposal fee which I did not understand since I was informed to get rid of the item. So I am out of $10 and I still don't have a thermometer. Would I do business with them? Not likely, after this experience. There are plenty of other businesses who would refund the full amount and not charge a "restocking fee" for a faulty item.

I ordered Baxter IV Sets. The transaction on tbe internet went very smoothly and the price certainly was the lowest around. I actually saved $15.00 per set buying through RiteWay Medical in comparison to buying them from my vet as I'm using them to administer fluids to my dog who is in kidney failure. I must admit I was hesitant when I first ordered from this company as I had not ordered from them before. But my items arrived in less of a week of my ordering them and they were perfect!! I'm glad I took a chance. I will be ordering from them again!! Thank you very much!!!

This company sent me the wrong product and had me pay $31.15 to return. They refused to refund my return shipping cost which they said over the phone they would. They refunded my purchase price because they know they sent the wrong cushion, but refuse to send the cost of return shipping which they said they would because it was their mistake. They sent wrong order!I have record of 11 emails with them. Nova, the cushion company doesn't know who they are and said they are a third party company who sells and seems to have a legitimate looking website. Lismuy, the manager said her "team" will look into my complaint. It's been almost 3 weeks and no response. DO NOT USE THEM! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. DEFINITELY NOT HONEST!!

Good products with a good price. When an item was missing from my order, customer service answered the phone in person and got back to me within 30 minutes. This missing item was received in the next couple of days. Would order again from them.
