This has been my clinic for just over a year, but the front desk and office policies don’t seem to be for the benefit of the patient. I came here for a sick visit before leaving on a trip. When I showed up, I didn't realize the office would not accept ApplePay for the $15 copay, and I said I could have my husband here within 10 minutes with a credit card or cash. The front office MA went back to check with NP Iryna, came back to tell me that it wasn't acceptable, and that I couldn't get another sick visit appt scheduled until the next week. I also told her I was leaving the country for a couple weeks in a few days and really needed treatment before I left.

While I realize mine is a unique situation, the fact that an industry predicated on a service now and often pay later model, couldn't either bill me or wait 10 minutes for me to pay $15 in order to be seen for my visibly bothersome health issue is a big PROBLEM.

If i can give a lower review then 1 star i would give that. This office and the staff have gotten worse. The doctor's here don't care about the patients coming here. The staff are rude. We got put in a dirty room where the previous patient had a pap done, the exam table still had her body print on it. This is not how a doctors office is run! I will be looking for another doctor for my grandma.

The doctors are great. But unfortunately, the administration staff are disorganized, unfriendly, non responsive, and constantly dropping the ball. These are things that should be totally unacceptable when dealing with people's health and lives.

Don't come here these people don't care about your health or well being. If you are using EDD or have anything paperwork related they take weeks to complete it and will let it go until you push to get it done. The manager Lu is careless to issues within the office/patients and proved to me with her explanation this practice is in business to get as many patients in and out to make money, not concerned for quality of care. Take the extra time to find the right doctor as your primary elsewhere, it's a headache when something big health related happens and your stuck with this awful primary. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

The Dr’s at River Bend Medical do a great job with the exception of a couple I’m pleased with their service and knowledge. The staff on the other hand are horrible, they don’t care about the patients needs especially when it comes to referrals. I’ve been waiting 16 days today for a referral to a specialist. Every time I ask the responses is that they are very busy. We are all busy at our jobs it’s just that some people care more than the River Bend staff do. You’re not ordering a part for your car these are serious medical issues patients are dealing with and the staff couldn’t care less. If your staff is so overwhelmed then hire more staff. Or will that intrude on your profits? I would not recommend this office for a hang nail let alone serious medical issues.

Doctor visit was good, but office lady was really bad. She said that my HSA card was declined 2 times and i had to pay with my personal card, then i call to my HSA bank and they said that someone tried to input my data with wrong expiration date twice. Then she gave us address and phone number of x-ray center, but phone number was wrong and according to Google, there isn't any image center on this address. When we come to ask about it to the front desk again, she said, "I don't know, it should be, sorry i have a next visitor ". There was other Ukrainian lady, she was more experienced and know more, but when she tried to help us, our frint desk worker said that "i will handle it, thank you" and ruined everything. Bad experience
