I had to get a new PCP and this place is in network for my job. Chile let me tell you I love it. The facility was clean. The clerk in the front was sweet. And Ms. Jasmine is wonderful. Then I met Ms. Tari. Her bedside manners are top tier, her eyes were so very kind, she listens and explained things to me. She is the bestest.

Dr. Borofka was a wonderful provider, HOWEVER, it was next to impossible to ever get anyone to pick up the phone at the front desk. In order to get a hold of anyone to schedule or ask questions you had to download an app and then chat with them and hope they responded.

I scheduled my annual physical and had to schedule it months and months in advance because they didn’t have room for any appointments and then only a few weeks before the scheduled appointment they canceled on me and I had to schedule out ANOTHER four months later.

Finally, we changed insurance and sent them our new insurance information and they told us that we were covered. Fast-forward a couple of months and we get a giant bill from our insurance company.

When I called the insurance company to inquire, I was told that they were out of network and that we would have to pay the entire bill.

When I reached out to the billing department, I was unable to get a hold of anyone on the phone and sent an inquiry email. It’s been a week and I still haven’t heard back.

It’s incredibly disappointing because the provider I had there was wonderful… But I can no longer stand the out-of-pocket costs, and total incomplete inability to make appointments or reach anyone at the office.

Dr. Kristin Borofka is the best doctor ever. I have never seen a kind, patient, and knowledgeable doctor before meeting her. She is amazing as I was searching and praying a good doctor for my mom for over 15 years without a luck. But fortunately found this kind doctor just few months ago working with River band groups.. I took mom to see her and she was amazing in the first visit. The office staff are good and the constant few times appointment reminder is really helpful. As I’m a mother of the born baby with other little kids and a full time employment on hand definitely I would have forgotten to bring mom to her appointment without few times reminders. I really appreciate all the efforts they are making for a good patient care experience. Will keep you all posted in future 🙏🏻

Every single month I have to wait for my refill, it is never ever on time. It can even take up to a 2 weeks at times. As a patient, we depend on these meds. It can be very uncomfortable if you're between refills. There needs to be something done about this. I like the doctors I just hate the service. What can a patient a do?

STAY AWAY!!! Let me tell you our story. My fiancé has been experiencing abdominal pain with some other concerning issues. We explained all of this to the person over the phone, and they said they would get her in ASAP. They did not recommend her visiting urget care or the ER, just that they would get her in ASAP. Their next available time was 8 days from the initial call. My fiancé scheduled the appointment to hopefully get the issues resolved. On the day of the appointment, there was an accident on the freeway, causing her to be 15 minutes late. She called and spoke with someone and they assured her that she would be fine. When she arrived, she could not find the suite and called several times while walking around trying to find it, but no one answered. Then, when she finally found the suite, they turned her away even though she said that she had been having serious issues. Their solution, reschedule an appointment with them for the following week. There was not a single person in the waiting room. Now, get this. They said that it was up to the "physician" to accept or deny an appointment that showed up late. When we first scheduled the appointment, the physician that we have on our new medical card was booked, and they asked if we wanted to schedule an appointment with another available "physician." We found out today that the person they scheduled her with was a nurse practitioner. Normally, that wouldn't be a problem, but if you say that they are a physician, and they aren't, then that's a HUGE PROBLEM! This is a health facility! They should know better than this! This is people's lives that they are dealing with, and to falsely advertise a nurse practitioner as a physician is not only morally wrong, but I am pretty sure it is highly illegal. Again, I would recommend that you stay clear of these people. I am seriously having a difficult time understanding how they are still in business. Do NOT bring your family here if you care about their health. Also, after you schedule your appointment, good luck trying to get a hold of them on the phone. It took us 5 attempts to reach someone.

Had an appointment at 11am , came early and checked in. They did my vital scans and then cancelled my appointment. At 12:15 I had went to front desk to ask where is my appointment and they couldnt give me an answer why my appointment was cancelled. Horrible horrible office staff.

Office is clean and wait time was short. Admission was systematic. Patient portal & staff are efficient. The purpose of my visit was to get referral authorization to see my glaucoma specialist. The clinic did not submit request for referral authorization until I called a week after my doctor’s visit. I had to make numerous calls in order to get my referral approved. They called me a few weeks later to make sure the authorization was done before my glaucoma appointment.
