I had formerly given River Oaks Family Medicine a one star about 2 years ago. I must say, they have revamped the front office staff. I now thoroughly enjoy going to Dr cheatham's. The front office staff is awesome! And as always, Kim is the best! Now I would definitely recommend

My husband and I have been patients there for 19 years this month. We couldn’t be happier with Dr Cheatham and his staff if we tried. They all truly care about their patients and it certainly shows. I grew up with a family Doctor and that’s exactly what we have with Dr Cheatham and River Oaks, wouldn’t trade them for anything.

I came in with a raging tooth ache. Dr Reeves is the first dr I have seen in a long time that had compassion. I didn’t expect much help and left knowing I could make it until my dentist appointment. That is rare from a dr these days. I’m highly impressed

The wait time was extremely long. Took my granddaughter and when we arrived, we were only ones in waiting room. There were not any cars in parking lot. They did not show any compassion. They were cold and rude.

Called and left message at 8:05 for a sick appointment. After 20 minutes I called and stayed on the line another 20 min. Really, I can thru to the IRS easier. Not the first time I’ve had issues. This office really needs to look at their commitment to their patients. I like Dr Cheatum but this is getting old. I guess I’ll go to a walk in clinic!

Been seeing Dr Cheatham at River Oaks FM and he has always been great. He actually takes the time when he comes into the room to take my questions and give me honest answers. I’m usually able to get into see him within a day or two.

Incredibly inept, incompetent deceptive, lying staff I’ve ever seen is Dr. Cheatham good doctor he’s proficient but his staff makes him look disgusting. The staff has lied and deceived me and others that I know I would not use this practice because of his staff. This is my personal opinion I have filed complaints with the federal government about this staff on the deceptive lying, I hope the government follows through

Been going here for over 6 years, started at the walk in clinic since I was a kid, met Kim on one of her shifts there and trust her with my life! She's AMAZING and doesn't rush you and listens and explains until you understand. I've seen Dr Cheatham 2 times and he's really nice too. Everyone at this office is AMAZING!
