Linda the so called DR was absolutely the worst experience I've ever had at a dentist office ever!!!! She's a extremely angry individual and she does horrible work. She literally destroyed my teeth. Look at her reviews on Google and elsewhere disgusting!!!!!!!!!!

Be advised!! This woman did root canals on me that were done extremely poorly. They got infected and need to be retreated by another dentist not even 2 years later. My insurance won’t pay because she already got paid for a job she did horribly and mind you, did NOT complete. Plus, she charged my insurance for a crown I never got. I need to pay out of pocket now for the retreatment and disputing the charges for the crown that I never received. NOW I’m running the risk of losing my teeth entirely because of the infections from the bad job she did. She’s refusing to call me back to correct her mistakes!! This woman is a horrible dentist, she’s a fraud and a cheat. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU WANT TO KEEP YOUR TEETH! I wouldn’t even trust her with cleaning them 🙄 you’ve been warned!!

Do not go to her she refused to treat me because I had a question about my care. She threw me out of the office and sent a letter of dismissal for me and my family which is my mom. She is certainly not professional and very rude. There is something very suspicious about not being able to ask questions about your care.

From scheduling appointments to actual procedures Dr. Kronick and her team are amazing. I recently broke a front tooth which was a terrible experience but Dr. Kronick was able to get me in quickly to discuss a plan and then repaired my tooth in one visit. She explained everything that was going to happen very thoroughly to ensure I was comfortable. I felt totally confident in the teams ability to repair my tooth, matched it exactly to the color of my other teeth and had me in and out within 1 hour. Truly the best dental experience I have ever had. Lots of care and information. Highly recommend!!!

The doctor and all of her staff are friendly, caring and super nice. The environment is very pleasant (and very purple!), both physically and interpersonally, and patient comfort is top notch. I've been a patient here for years, never a bad experience. Special shout outs to Mary and Sheri (spelling? Sorry!) for their great bedside manners, and of course the doctor as well, who is always sunny and upbeat. Highly recommended, especially for those who fear the dentist. Laser dentistry is virtually pain free in my experience.

Very disappointed in the service and professionalism here. I called to make an appointment and was told that because of my insurance there were limitations to when I could schedule my appointment time during the day and would need to schedule specifically at 11am. I was told I could not have an early morning appointment. I even offered to go there ahead of time to pre-pay for my appointment…they still said no. I’ve never seen anything like that in my life! I sent an email to the doctor explaining that I would be happy to pay in advance etc. Her response was that they would not be scheduling me at all and to seek out another dentist. The receptionist and Dr. are either incompetent, or are purposely trying to deter customers from doing business here. Truly a bizarre experience. Do yourself a favor and choose elsewhere.

Very clean facility, deserving of one star. Also , the dental hygienist is nice. Extremely unhappy with my fillings from dr kronick. Had to go to another dentist to fix her mess. She didn’t go deep enough to fill my cavity, caused extreme pain over the holidays. No thanksgiving dinner for me, very upsetting! Went in for two follow-ups due to pain and she stood there with both hands in her lab coat -never did anything to help my pain! I was taking 800mg ibuprofen QD for two months until I got in for another dentist. He immediately saw that her filling was not deep enough via exray, which she never thought to do to solve my problems. It has been a year and I still have one more filling to repair. My new dentist is “very disturbed” by the way she filled my tooth, his words not mine! Marsha is a good, efficient receptionist.

DR. KRONICK DENIED INSURANCE AND TRIED TO STRONG ARM US FOR CASH. Called insurance and they verified procedure was covered. Dentist kept us WAITING FOR MONTHS with open holes in mouth that became abscessed because Dr. Kronick refused to put in crowns or provide any treatment UNLESS I PAID CASH. When we asked for records receptionist immediately changed attitude, played victim, and asked why we were being hostile when we just wanted to get records and leave. Dr. Kronick will destroy your teeth. Check the Facebook reviews! Terrible job on fillings and sinuses will never be the same.

The amount of pain she is causing people physically and financially is inhumane and unacceptable. She is rude and nasty and certainly did not care about me.
