Called to get started with therapy due to 30+ years of trauma from working in the Fire Department and EMS. I was told that they aren’t “allowed” to help people that live in Winston County, even though they have an office in Russellville which isn’t that far away. So I guess people from my area aren’t worth helping. I give zero stars because of my uselessness. Ridiculous.

⚠️⚠️Ok the front desk lady was so nice the doctor on the other hand was extremely rude she would ask me something and when I answered she would cut me off bye saying I’m not asking what this is I’m asking what this is… I don’t recommend going there⚠️⚠️

I love coming here. They have really helped me with my problems that I've been having for a while now. Only thing I would change is being able to see the therapist more than just once a month. I've got memory problems and it's hard to remember what's happened in a months time.

Nurses can be quite lovely however can't say as much for the dr.s. Why u ask Cause i never seen one. At every appt. i was rescheduled on days i needed to see the doc however when that day came, no doc. Finally my last visit , by choice , they said the dr had found a new job and they were searching for another.
