Mrs. Landrum has been seeing my children since they were babies, they are 8 and 5 now, and I’ve had no issues up until recently.

The staff that answers the phone have been completely unprofessional and rude, especially when trying to get your sick children seen. I’ve called so many times due to my children being sick, and each time I’m told they can’t be seen for at least a day or two, and I have to take them to an urgent care. This happens every single time.

My children have been seen by the lady at the urgent care more than they've been seen by their primary doctor, in 2022.

I called first thing this morning because my son has an eye infection and my daughter is sick, but of course as expected, they cannot be seen.

I wish Mrs. Landrum nothing but the best but after today, we’ll definitely be switching.

Not thorough at all. Didn’t feel on my baby’s stomach at year check up. I took her to er and she was diagnosed with wilms 2 weeks later. Also have been trying to have medical records sent over to a new doctor for weeks and they are too incompetent to do that.

Completely unprofessional in every way. They schedule appointments during the lunch hour and a half. They never answer the phone. Or if they do they lie about it, and tell you that you had spoken to an automated machine... or just leave you on hold and ask the same questions over and over. I cant understand how someone so unprofessional that they need an LLC to protect themselves is allowed to exist!!

Crystal landrum wouldn't listen to me when my baby was in so much pain at only 3 months old I kept telling her every appointment and just told me my baby is colic despite him crying and screaming in so much pain wouldn't give him any medicine and told me I was in a mental wreck and making me feel I was crazy my son was diagnosed with Gerd/Silent reflux and took me months for a doctor to listen & give meds. Also Dr.Crystal Kept me in a room for 2 hours or longer with my baby while he was crying and screaming in so much pain arching his back in pain & told me to wait just for her to call EMT and tell them to take my son to children's hospital to keep track of his weight that had nothing to due with his Pain? horrible service!!

Very unprofessional! Gave my daughter a Vaccination that I asked them not to and then lied and told me it was mandatory which it is not in the state of Alabama just mandatory at her office! What a joke

My kids been going here years Ms Crystal and Latoya are great pediatricians.

Would give 0 star if it was possible. Every time you visit you can expect to wait at least an hour, often times longer. Office staff is also rude and incompetent.
