It is a multidisciplinary medical experience and I have been able to try some of their new treatments for staying healthy and young !!! I’ve been doing the ALMA TED hair treatment for a year and I can totally see the results especially in pictures where before I looked bald. The treatment is painless and I’m in and out of the office in 30 minutes. The staff is friendly and really does a great job!

I cannot recommend this place for your annual checkup. This was my first visit for an annual exam, and Dr. Flershem confirmed during the appointment that I was there for my annual checkup, which I verified. We discussed my medical history as part of the annual exam process. However, after the visit, I received two separate invoices for the same appointment—one for "Patient History" and one for the "Patient Visit."

Now, I'm being charged for the "Patient Visit" even though I was there solely for my annual exam. When I contacted the billing department, they told me that I had signed a document agreeing to pay any outstanding charges and that there was nothing they could do.

This feels like a scam, charging me twice for a single annual visit. I would not recommend this practice.

Just had my 1st appointment with Dr. Flershem, I couldn't be more pleased with my experience with her, very thorough & caring, listens, not rushed. Haven't had a primary care physician in years, today I hit the jack pot, highly highly recommend, Riverside Medical is the BEST!!!

STAY AWAY from this practice and Dr. Flershem. She recommended TMS treatment for my depression, which was subsequently deemed inappropriate by two different psychiatrists. Additionally, my credit card was charged $1,325 more than the initial estimate provided after their review of my insurance benefits. The practice manager, Diane, indicated that the individual responsible for my benefits had a "conversation" with me about this, mentioning something quite vague regarding my family deductible not being met. At no point was I informed that my card would incur an extra charge of $1,325. Furthermore, $600 of this amount was charged all at once without prior notice. After several emails with the practice manager, I was informed that Dr. Flershem would not be refunding any of the amount charged, despite their acknowledgment of an error in processing my benefits. I would not have pursued this treatment had I been given an accurate estimate, and I am quite surprised by how Dr. Flershem has handled this situation.

I have been struggling with depression for many years. When I went to Riverside Medical Center S.C. I spoke with Tyler (PA) about how I was struggling. Tears were streaming down my face as I was sharing with him how I was feeling. His ability to listen and show compassion is something I’ll never forget. He started me on depression medicine which was working. As time went on I saw both Tyler and Dr. Thalheimer when I wasn’t feeling myself. There were times my medication had to be adjusted but that goes with the territory. As time went on I explained to Dr. Thalheimer how I felt like I wasn’t feeling like the medicine was working that well. He told me about TMS which is a treatment that helps people with depression. He explained to me what it does and how many people have seen a change for the better. I looked at Dr. Thalheimer and said I feel like I have nothing to lose. The treatments started and I’m half way through the process and I feel like this “dark cloud” is shifting toward more sunshine. Please please don’t be ashamed to ask for help. Dr. Thalheimer, Tyler & Laurie have been amazing throughout my journey!

This treatment blew me away! I was skeptical if thus would work. But only after a couple treatments I’ve had all my friends and family tell me how they have noticed my bald spot is shrinking. I’m now a believer in this treatment and am coming bs k often until my bald spot is no more!!
