As far as a pediatrician's office goes, I loved them. Natalie and Johanna were both very helpful. Even though we live an hour away from the clinic, we gladly drove the hour. They were instrumental in getting my son his surgery that he desperately needed. Before his surgery, he had another ear infection, so we took him to another primary care doctor that was a lot closer. That place asked for his records to verify that he had his vaccines after the visit was over, so I let them know where his vaccine records were. Because that other PCP sent over a form requesting his records, that means now that Riverside Pediatrics will not see my son anymore. They will not even think or consider seeing him and today my son is very sick and needs to be seen. They said that it is final and they will not entertain seeing him because it is their policy. The first person that I spoke with scheduled my son after waiting 15 minutes to get verification from the doctor that they would see him. Then I received a phone call and I spoke with a very rude person named Crystal who wouldn't even work with trying to help me get my very sick son seen. At first I really liked this clinic because of how friendly and helpful they were. Because I took my sick son to another place for treatment one time, now they won't even see him. I would give this place less stars, except I really liked the nurse practitioners. I feel this is very unacceptable and now my sick son does not have a place to be seen.

I love this practice. They are so good with my kids. When my daughter had COVID pneumonia they did everything they could to get her better and keep her out of the hospital. More recently they took us in after closing because I was worried about my kid. Truly wonderful people who care.

Great place, let's me book for multiple kids in one visit. Knowledgeable staff and caring people. I've been taking them here for 5 years now and I love it. We see Johanna, the nurse practioner. She is well versed pediatric medicine and when she needs another opinion she pulls in Dr. Parmer. I know that my kids are going to be well looked after here. Highly reccomend.

I absolutely love Dr Dudley and NP Davis they are always on top of my son’s care, they listen to us and have the best bedside manner!! Nurse Julie is so sweet and so quick to get back to me anytime I call with a question or need advice!

My son goes to Dr. Dudley and I have never had an issue. Quick appointments when hes sick. Efficient and knowlegeable staff. Great bedside manner. I thank God I got the best on the first try. Hes almost 3 now and I wouldnt take him anywhere else.

We have been bringing our children here for over 15 years. They are a busy, high volume practice, which runs with amazing efficiency. They will always get back to you when you leave a message, and they go out of their way to help. Dr. Parmer is a great diagnostician and truly goes the extra mile to help every child he treats. We have seen his attention to detail and his in depth knowledge of pediatric medicine many times over the years. We have not seen Dr. Dudley, but my friends who have, like her, too. We have seen Johanna, the Nurse Practioner, and she is very efficient and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!
