I have called this company twice. Both times the phone was answered with a short "hello?". No introduction of where I might have called or with whom I was speaking with. I didn't find this to be very appealing. I've been in the customer service business for more than 15 years and I would expect my employees to say something along the lines of....."Thank you for calling RL Specialty, this is So and So. How can I help you?" At least I know I called the right place. Maybe say it with a smile on your face so I know you don't hate what you do or that you don't seem so annoyed that I called you.
