My elderly father has been a patient of Dr. Amy for 3 or 4 years and we have been pleased with his level of care from her. However, since her office has become an urgent care facility, we are not pleased with how the office is run. We made an appointment for 9:30 a.m. After waiting for over an hour, I finally approached the desk to inquire about the wait time and was told that patients are seen on a first come, first served basis. What? Then why did you make an appointment for my dad, I ask? And why did you not tell us that when we arrived? Answer....so we know who is coming. The concerning part is that my dad was not sick. He was there for his annual well visit and to have his leg looked at. Yet, we were made to sit in the tiny waiting room for over an hour with walk-ins who WERE sick. My dad is 89 y.o. I found that to be very irresponsible on the part of the office staff. Needless to say, we will transferring to another primary doctor. Dr. Amy, I hope with review finds it's way to you so maybe you can address this. I am sure we are not the first or last of your patients to have this experience.

Amy and her staff are absolutely amazing... Always sweet and relatable. I wish they could be a PCP. But you won't catch me running to another urgent care anytime soon .. love those girls

This place is not only great for Urgent Care needs, but is also fantastic for me as a primary physician. Get my blood work every three months and got great advice that I followed for once. Since last September I have lost over 40 pounds, cut all my bad numbers considerably and feel great for my age. I always feel like I am getting care specific and personal for me. That had not been my experience with physicians associated with corporate medical conglomerates. Thanks so much to Dr. Amy and all the staff there.

Came here for their weight loss program and had the best initial session. The nurse practitioner was SO incredibly kind. Didn’t make any negative assumptions about my health or habits and made some really helpful recommendations. Also came here for an injury and had x rays. Will definitely use this location again; receptionist, nurses, everyone is just wonderful.

Amazing experience!! Amy and her team are astounding! Amy was so helpful and explained everything to us! She took all of my concerns into account and made me feel heard. Her team is also amazing and got us in for a ct scan in the same day! So happy I found this place!

First off, Brandy is super patient and helpful.. She answered all my questions! The treatment I received was top notch and I was in and out of there within 30 minutes, even being a new patient. I will definitely be back. I highly recommended this place.
