What's the point of having a primary dr if you can't get in when your sick or everytime you call there phones are turned off or thy don't answer your call an when you do get in you get no help or te help you do get doesn't even fix the issue. Dr Mason shouldn't even be a doctor she never even acceses the issues an shedont even want to touch you or get close to nobody how she gonna check vitals or anything if she don't even get close. My wife hasn't been to see her in months cause they never answer phones an when you have a cold they say we can schedule next week. When yours icky you need to be seen that day or maybe in the next morning time.

Called Monday or Tuesday for a new patient appointment and person on the phone asked to get my name and number and she will call back. Okay no problem I understand they were busy. No call back. I call again Wednesday and again the person on the phone asked to call me back. Still no phone call. I was a medical assistant for 4 years there should be no excuse for not calling a patient back. Whoever is the office manager needs to tell their staff this is unexcept-able. Not going to bother to call again. I’ll be looking elsewhere.

I have tried for over a month to get a appointment due to ongoing health issues with everytime calling the phone making a busy noise. Tricare made this my PCM and finally I get one by walking in. Yet here I am at that appointment in the waiting room going on a HOUR and 20 min with no doubt of being here longer!! With everyone who has come AFTER me walking right on in still no acknowledgement of my sitting here. Some coming in as late as 30 min to a hour after me with NO appointment yet because they know the workers they are being put in the back bypassing me. That being said if you have a choice with insurance, drive to Athens to get better care and service. Going to a small town doctor is only good if your in with the small town family that's created.

I'm always taken care at Rogersville Family Practice. Doctor Gaputis was a great doctor and Dr. Mason seems to be, Nurse Practitioner Tommy McCluskey is great and through with his patients. Great staff here that works hard to take care of their patients.

Been going to this clinic my whole life but will definitely be finding somewhere else to go from now on. Felt like I wasn't even listened to and seemed like they just wanted your money and got you out with little to no help. Never again
