We came across Rohrer Lasers at an aesthetic show event. We were actually looking at competitor lasers at double the price. Our medical director went to a class on Rohrer lasers and was impressed and asked me to look deeper into them. I asked to speak to multiple other practitioners who had the lasers in office already privately for their feedback. I was given the negative and the positive feedback in private from other providers and ultimately determined that Rohrer would be a good fit in our practice.

We received the devices and had someone on site to help unbox them, make sure they worked and then was set up with training. During the training one of the hand pieces was not working, we were sent a new hand piece over night while awaiting an on site technician to come in to review the hand piece. It ultimately was a different issue and was still fixed within a 32 hour period. We’ve had no issues with any of the machines since.

If you’re an owner I, highly recommend you attend some of the conferences Rohrer attends or puts on and collaborate with providers who use these devices.

We’ve been blessed with an amazing Rohrer sales rep, Linda L. She has a lot of energy, follows up, and makes sure we know about the events and marketing material. She is definitely passionate about Rohrer devices and it shows.

I’ve been using lasers for over 5 years now and I’ve used several different laser devices and am very happy with the results I’ve been getting, happy with the price point and our rep from Rohrer.

If you’re looking for cons: no they don’t run your marketing on your private page and their recommended settings are very conservative. That being said, the device is able to do the job, but you have to learn what settings work best for your clientele. This is why I recommend you attend their trainings and seminars and collaborate with other providers.

We have been using Rohrer spectrum, Phoenix CO2, and Pixel 8 for about 4 years now and have had really great success for our patients. We most recently got the new Pixel 8 and the Pico and are loving it! For me it was initially the price point that pulled me in on the Phoenix laser but I’ve had really good success with all of the lasers/devices. I recently I decided to purchase the new Pixel 8 because of the results and needed a 2nd one for my office.
