Dr Reinhardt is a very pleasant doctor to meet! He treated me with excellent respect and understanding of my issues. He actually studied my MRI and explained the details to me in a very complex and easy way to understand. He did not rush me and for that alone I did not mind the wait. He was extremely patient and caring. I was treated for an issue I have been struggling with for some time and feel much better now. I highly recommend him!
And also, he has a very efficient and kind staff.

I love these people they take very good care of me and listen to my needs and are always asking me if they can do more to help me. All these people complaining about the wait time have to remember that the people before you may have to take longer because the doctors are making sure there needs are being taken care of. Remember that there is not a lot of pain management doctors because no doctors want to take the responsibility because our government is making it harder and harder for doctors to do this. Please be patient with them..

If you are looking for the absolute best in pain management, you have found him! Dr Reinhart is phenomenal. I reside in San Diego so my drive to the Desert to see Dr. Reinhart was considerable. However, due to the quality of care, the assistance he has provided me, guidance, and success in overcoming my multitude of issues, I will not hesitate returning, and indeed look forward to my next visit. After years of seeing a variety of doctors, I learned more about my condition and treatment options in a single visit with Dr. Reinhart then I had in years of a multi modality approach in several areas of practice, none of which seem to assist.As a healer he is a shining star in this medical field, and I cannot say enough great things about him. If you are lucky enough to be placed under his care, consider yourself most fortunate.

I am a pain management patient that has been treated since 2013 on a work comp injury. My previous doctor is no longer available so I was referred to Dr Roland Rinehart. It took approximately 6 weeks for him to review my case to make a decision whether he would treat me and once he agreed to treat me I was scheduled an appointment for November 7, 2024 which give me approximately 5 weeks to wait. 2 days prior to that appointment I received a phone call stating that he would not be in the office on November 7th because he was being called to clinic trials. I was less than happy my appointment was rescheduled for November 22, 2024. Two days before that appointment I received another phone call at 4:39pm telling me that he was not going to be available that day. They rescheduled me for December 2, 2024. Would I called the office the next morning I told the young lady that I was speaking with that was not acceptable that my appointment had already been canceled and then I'm in severe pain and have been waiting for weeks actually months to be treated. I asked if they could work me in today and she said no they cannot. She asked if I would keep the appointment on December 2nd. I told her I would not keep that appointment because this is clearly not an ethical doctor with whom I should be involved with for pain management. I stated that what I am going to do is find a new doctor and I am going to contact the medical board of California to file a complaint. The girl in the office became very short and threatening at that point, I asked for her name and she refused to give it to me. I asked to speak to the office manager and she said that would be me. She told me that she was going to end the phone call since I threatened to file a complaint with the medical board. I told her now I understand why he has such a low rating. She hung up, and then called me back minutes later stating that she had spoken to the back office and they told her to offer me an appointment for the following Monday. I told her I had no interest in dealing with a doctor that continually cancels appointments, and a staff that is so rude and discourteous!

I clearly have no idea why anybody would choose to be treated like this in this office by this supposed professional. I highly recommend looking for a different doctor and said I'm going to this one.

Dr. Reinhart Was extremely helpful, after 6 months of of being put off by other Drs, Dr Reinhart went right to the problem. He spent the time to answer every question I had. A great experience! Thank you Dr. Reinhart, perhaps you should give a class on how to treat patients!
