I have been a patient of Dr. Ford since 2014. He was recommended to me by a primary care doctor in Orange County who went to med school with him. He told me Dr. Ford was among the top of their class and worked hard.

Dr. Ford has always been very caring, is a good listener, gives ample time during in office visits and has helped me maintain good health. I have a number of chronic health issues. I am a senior and a disabled person in a wheelchair over 20 years. They treat me well here.

The office staff are great and relay messages well. They are helpful and courteous and I have never had a problem with anyone. The doctors filling in for Dr. Ford are also top notch. Their PA is very good. I cannot believe anyone from this practice including accounting would ever receive a rating less than 4 or 5 stars.

Post Covid 19, the wait time is seldom more than 10 or 15 minutes. Same day telehealth or in person visit, no problem. And, they serve Medicare patients, too.

Thank you for your help and caring attitude, everyone at Rose Avenue Medical Group. I trust you and appreciate you all.

Rosie the medical assistant or the Doctors right hand has been rude lately the few times I've gone . She seems like she's upset or easily annoyed . I've seen her talk to the front desk while waiting in a passive aggressive way and saying Mas que vale get it done and upset when they make minor mistakes. She doesn't greet me when taking my vitals and seems to miss proper etiquette and patient service skills . I'm sorry to say this but this isn't my first occurrence seeing this and her attitude isn't making it a pleasant visit. I hope you can talk to her and I'm sure you can agree she has been upset , easily annoyed and rude by other co workers. She use to not be like this but friendly but like I said I've gone to visit the office a few times and she is just rude , upset , mean and when I try to speak up what I need she seems irritated. So why would I feel comfortable to speak up what my needs are if she is making me feel less. Please talk to her . Like I said I may not be the only one feeling this way so u may want to talk to other co workers .

Rose Avenue Family Medical Clinic is like a family. The front office staff are unfailingly patient and gracious, no matter how busy they are.

Dr Soliz, was my assigned PCP until she retired. I now see Dr Ashton, who is a warm, friendly professional, who takes the time to get to know you. That's why I don't care about the wait. I just plan for it.

I've been going to Rose Avenue Family Medical Group for over 10 years and my experience have been positive. The front desk ladies are always friendly and helpful even with the phones are ringing non-stop. i have no problem getting a same day appointement when I needed it. Everyone who works here are friendly, professional and caring.

Dr. Josphine Soliz was my personal doctor since I started going here and she took excellent care of my health. Now I have Dr. Helen Asthon and my first appointment was fantastic.

Yes, sometimes the wait is long but you need to understand that when some patients are late with thier appointments, it creates the day's schedule to be behind. Sometimes some patients need more time for their care than others, creating longer waiting times for the next patients.
I am just gratefull for the wonderful care that I have received here.

Unfortunately my experience with Dr M Villlasenour was substandard, she missed important follow up lab that was about to cost me a lot of physical damage , I felt all what she cared about is it to make $$. I am very grateful I found another primary care physician who really cares.

Avoid at all cost being seeing by the newest provider, Dr. Ashton. On both of my office visits, my waiting time was 45+mns in her consultation room after having my vitals taken from her assistant. Yes, 45 mns! This was brought up to her on my 2nd visit. She ignored me and kept working on her laptop. Thankfully, she is not my assigned PCP. She needs to be reminded that patients like us; pay for her salary, expect courteous and excellent customer service, and appointment times need to be respected. If the tables were turned, I can assure you that my appointment would had been canceled by the office for being 45+mns late and I would be forced to reschedule. The office manager reached out to me after complaining and apologized. If you have a lot of time on your hands and do not mind waiting 45+mns, then she is the right provider for you. One star for the doctor rating and 5 stars for the front office staff. 😊

I agree that reception staff need course on customer service and how to help people and not treat them so rudely. If you are lucky to get through you are put on hold for a while or hung up on. It’s impossible to contact a physician until an appointment. Reception rarely gets a message straight and you have to call several times for one request. And the PA is awful. She acts like you are bothering her and she is doing you a favor.

I seldom leave reviews, it has to be pretty amazing experience or very bad for me to leave a review.
And I am totally disappointed with this Medical group.
Very rude receptionists and very bad service, they treat you like you’re asking assistance for free.
It’s been two times that I’ve been couple of minutes late because of traffic and when you arrive there they tell you that you have to reschedule. But they expect you to wait for 15 or 20 mins once you’re in.
This is BS. I am changing to another doctor where my money actually has value.
They need to give a lesson on manners to their receptionists as well. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go to this facility.
