I came here today to get checked out after being sick for a couple days. I saw Chantal the NP, and she was very warm and friendly and took care of me super quickly. She listened to my complaints and was sympathetic as well. I was in and out as a walk in less than 30 minutes. Everyone I interacted with was nice and professional. Not sure what the negative reviews are about, but my experience was perfect! Will go back in the future for sure

Pros: Great office, friendly staff. I used to love this medical practice, been going for years.

Cons: Unfortunately recently every time I get a bill there are mistakes. This has resulted in me spending hours making calls and sending emails to get fixed. Mistakes are due to incorrect codes being used and insurance then denying. The billing department needs to be corrected.

Overall I love the office itself and the doctor, but having to spend so much time doing the billing departments work after getting a large bill...might be time to look for a new medical practice.

Really frustrating and disorganized.
I have done a lot of admin and have a lot of empathy for that job, but I had multiple very frustrating experiences here that left a bad taste in my mouth.
First, I did like the PA I saw but had to call three times over the course of multiple days to get my prescription changed from a $300 name brand to the generic.
Their website appointment system also doesn’t remotely match what they tell you on the phone. The first time I called and the receptionist said there were no appointments, so I made one online instead and did get seen that day.
The second time I tried to return I was turned away after a run around getting different information on the website, over the phone, and via email. No one seems to be considerate about how frustrating this disconnect is to patrons.

I would never recommend this place to anyone ! DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU EXPECT TO BE TREATED WITH CARE!!
It was my first visit to this office and I wanted to establish a family doctor since I just moved to the area .
I had appointment for check up with Dr Karl Gebhard he didn’t care to come to know me as a new patient ! Didn’t do any physical exam at all ! Just sent the nurse practitioner to ask bunch of routine health questions ! I left the office with no physical exam at all !!!! The staff is rude and not compassionate! I complained that I had appointment to see a doctor not a nurse but they didn’t care !
I am sorry for my time and will look for more caring doctor in the area . Not Worth of even one star !

I wouldn't go back there even though I like the Nurse practitioner, never met any of the Doctors in the past 7 years going there, because I have to deal with the rude and unprofessional front office staff. I have referred several patients here and always felt like they try to add services to charge additional none covered fees, but I myself am a doctor so I know how the billings works so I have deflected the front offices insistence to charge extra but the people I have, unfortunately, referred to the office were not knowledgeable and they were charged addition fees. when I called to inquire about it, the receptionist was rude and unprofessional and uncaring. Would suggest staying away until they revamp their billing practices and teach the reception staff to be more caring and respectful.

Do not go to this medical office unless you want to be wrongly charged and the billing department is a joke, my insurance company Anthem emailed the billing department 3x and they play dead, Took them almost a month to get back to us, and now they try to deflect the issues to the insurance company, very unethical. also the only way you can communicate with The billing department is via email, there’s no actual person that you can speak with. When I asked the front desk why I was being charged, without verifying my plan coverage she automatically told me that was my deductible, Really? How unprofessional! Also for the past two years I have been seeing David Pino not Gehhard, how could they mess that up? This place is absolute scandalous!

Dr. Pino became my primary care physician about 6 months when my health insurance changed. I've been in twice now to see him for checkups and it has been a really positive experience. He actually takes the time to get to know his patients through conversation; which I feel makes him a much better doctor. The more a doctor knows about whats going on in your life the more insight it gives them into formulating a specialized treatment program for you. In my two visits I've found Dr. Pino to be knowledgeable and fluent answering any of my health questions. In addition to having a lot of experience he also strikes me as a really genuine person who actually cares about my health. I highly recommend him.

Front staff is TERRIBLE!!! Seriously, I wouldn’t have any issues if they replaced the entire front office staff. Rude, disrespectful, and completely unwilling to do their job. Just a reminder, they have absolutely zero patient care education but somehow they’ve compelled me to report the office to the state board. I hate to say it, but you’re better off finding a different office based solely on their front office staff.
