I have been having chronic inflammation and stomach issues for years.
I have seen many different specialists and none of them have tied my symptoms together to help me to take a holistic approach. I even tried naturopathic doctor who basically prescribed dozens of supplements that only caused my situation to get worse (prescribing 10-20 pills a day for someone with stomach pain).

So, when a friend recommended Dr. Rossignol, I tried not to get my hopes up and saw it as another opportunity to get an opinion. The intake process was extensive. They asked for all my records pertaining to my issues and had me complete a series of forms.

When I arrived at the first appointment, it became abundantly clear the he had rest and synthesized everything! His questions related to gaining clarity rather than me needing to tell all bout my history to yet one more doctor.

He ordered extensive testing and made some immediate suggestions which left me feeling like I had finally found someone who "gets it".

The appointment was last week. Today, I woke up not feeling well and went to my primary. He prescribed an antibiotic. I write to Dr. Rossignol to let him know and he quickly replied with a list of suggestions including asking me to daily document my symptoms to see how the medicine impacted my body.

If you have a complicated case or even if you don't and want a doctor who truly cares getting to the root cause of your issues, then I highly recommend Rossignol Medical Center!

Dr. Dan Rossignol is one of the best autism doctors on the planet. He is thorough, looks for the root cause of the problem and analyzes every patient with an uncanny attention to detail. I wish we had more doctors like Dr. Rossignol walking the earth.

This review is for the office staff. The doctors at this center are wonderful. I trust my son's care from the doctors but their new office staff is AWFUL. They recently had a personnel change/transition. Their medical assistant and front office person is very rude, curt and condescending. I believe her name is Julie. I've had two recent visits where I was cut off mid-sentence, she just constantly talked over me and talked down to me. During my son's last appointment I was asking for a school note for the school year, she walked away from me while I was talking (in the middle of my sentence). It was very intentional and rude. The first time I had an awful encounter with her I just let it go, but the 2nd time I took my son to the office and she did it again, wow. She should not be in this line of work. I hope the medical center sees this and takes action. She needs more training or just needs to be replaced with someone who aligns with the care the doctors there give.

Evidence based, and effective. Quite simply, our kids get better when their “symptoms” are treated at the root cause, not bandaged with psychotropic drugs. We have our son back because of Dr Rossignol and his team.

Worst customer service ever. Office staff are curt, rude and will cut you off mid sentence. Lack empathy and compassion for the patient as if you are an inconvenience to them. I understand they are going through a bit of a transition right now but that dosen't give them the right to take it out on their patients
