Should be less than one, verify your responsibility with your insurance company before making payments. Don't know how my insurance can pay a negative amount of money and they add that negative amount to what the insurance authorized and charge it to you. Also, previous bills paid show added amounts as a responsibility to you even though you paid them in full. Seems to get worse the closer it comes for the unit to be paid.

Very pleasant experience with Sam and Ryan. They were very helpful and made sure we were completely satisfied with our wheelchair. Not only that but they were also very engaged in the whole experience. Would absolutely recommend this company!!

Friendly staff for the most part. However I had to repeatedly reach out to them as to why I had received no response after doing what I was instructed to do. The first time I got an explanation. I waa told they accidentally wrote the wrong number. The next two times I was just asked the same questions again, no explanation. It seems as though they didn't want my business but again friendly staff.
