Just have say Jodi was wonderful!!! She took the time to show me the equipment and made sure that it worked right for me and was in the correct settings as a doctor requested. Unlike the other place (alliance) that gave me used equipment. I had to take it back three times to alliance because it wasn’t working and obviously the settings weren’t right, because last night after getting new equipment from Rotech and Jodi set me up with my new machine, got it all dialed in. I slept through the night with no problems.!! I sure hope people find out that a sleep apnea Machine isn’t so bad if the person that’s setting it up for you does it correctly.. than Rotech team !!! I am so grateful for all you help..

We worked with Rotech for a few months this year. Jody was a pleasure to work with. She is knowledgeable about the PAP products and was helpful each visit. The rest of the staff we interacted with were okay…just not as friendly as Jody.

Jody was extremely attentive to my needs. She assisted with the set up of my BiPap machine, thoroughly reviewed usage and maintenance of the equipment and had me practice removing and re-attaching the components myself until I was comfortable.

What a great visit with Jody to introduce me to my first CPAP. She was thorough, kind, funny and patient. After nearly an hour together I left feeling pretty confident I understood the operations of the unit. Plus I knew that if I had further questions, their office would be willing to give more time and info.
Jody was a shining example of fine customer service, much experience with the product and enough detail to make the process interesting but not overwhelming. Thank you.
