Horrible they only care about insurance you will sit there for hours after your appointment time and they will rush you and see you for only a minute and misdiagnose you. They don't listen to your concerns. They are horrible with paperwork, never answer the phone and they blame the patient to your insurance.

As a teenager who has visited this place my whole life, it's not been the worst place but not the best 4 or 5-star experience you can get. If you have an appointment at 9:00 am, expect to be there until 11:00 am. Other than them wasting your time making you wait in a small waiting room, it's decent. I have had a problem recently with one of the recent new (maybe permanent?) pediatricians who has made my experience in getting a check-up by questioning her credentials. For starters, she was impolite when I kindly told her I didn't want to wear a patient gown and she got annoyed. Even as a teenager, I know a patient has the right to refuse to change in a gown, and in no circumstance should a doctor pressure a patient to do something they don't want to do. In addition, she did a referral for me to do an MRI even though my previous history has been archived in that medical place where the results came as nothing was seen to be abnormal. The neurologist who examined my results told me I had nothing wrong whatsoever. In addition, if you want to be cleared for a sport, apparently you can't until you do a blood test only because of a family history of a grandparent having health complications. No doctor in previous years has made me do this and it has honestly been a nightmare for me since I can't do the sport until I get this blood test done. I understand the concern for the doctor, but she NEVER told me I wasn't cleared until embarrassingly I turned my paperwork to the nurse who clears people for sports, and she told me, I wasn't cleared since the doctor checked the "needs further evaluation." box. In the future, I will pursue the medical field and this experience taught me what you shouldn't do as a doctor.

Horrible but horrible experience! Don't even bother, they only care about your insurance money. They never answer the phone or care to acknowledge anything about our medical needs. As a ex fellow patient here please don't even bother. The receptionists are very unprofessional and lazy... I got a referral for a sleep study, never got my results since November? How can you lose an important document, and leave me in the dust after calling every day and even going inside the office. I complained to my insurance, not sure why they are still in business; this clinic should be a shame of themselves.

I went. To pick up Blood work results and a refferal for a scam. They made me wait for 1 hour. They did not give me the results and the refferal was incomplete. I saw the doc. I told him i was going to be late for work..i did not care.. they are so rude

Very unprofessional and worst place to get have a medical appointment . My aunt has been wanting to get a hold from their doctors and they give several excuses to not provide service. No one who is struggling with their health should be treated like this. These people don't have empathy or compassion for the patients, why would you get into a medical career if you are not capable of treating your patients?
Please, don't come here.

Very bad service. They never , NEVER answer the phone. Rude and not educated medical personal. Please don’t go ! Dr. Dafna very nice doctor , my baby loves her. Another people over there is terrible.

It is impossible to get good service. They are grossly unprofessional and had told me to come in, missing work, for a walk in only to deny me and send me to the emergency room. They don't answer the phone during the hours they put out so you can't even make an appointment. They need to close down this clinic immediately for the safety of the public.

The doctor for adults is horrible. I had an appointment and still had to wait a couple of hours to be seen by him, the nurse had already taken preliminary information and when i finally saw the doctor i explained i had been suffering depression and i wanted a referral he said that i was reaponsible for my own problems and did not refer me. I changed to a diferent plan and doctor but i have been requesting they transfer my test results for months and they have not done it. Horrid experience and service.
