They deserve 0 stars as 1 star is too high. Poor customer service. They don't understand simple laws. They lie on the phone. They said the board of pharmacy does not allow you to call in a renewal on a CPAP machine which is a lie. I informed then I was both a pharmacist and medical doctor with active license in both, but they would not listen. The board just does not allow controlled substances for yourself or family. If you want poor service and to be lied to, this is the place for you.

RTA use to be a good organization. But try and order CPAP supplies or just to talk to a customer service...good luck with that. Once do talk someone they forward your call to another phone and it rings and rings...no one there and you leave another message and you pray it will be will get answered and oh my god they actually call back

This company is the worst of the worst. They don't rate to even have a star for the poorest company you can deal with. They brought me a true b.s. chair. When I talked to them they simply told me, "when you signed for the chair, it became yours............ This is my 5th chair and they brought me the same chair as I started with20 years ago. BEWARE of THESE SCAM DEALERS.

Are they even still open?I've been trying to arrange mobile 02 for over week. Main number goes directly to insidious music and after 20 or so minutes goes to a leave a message message. After a total of about 3 hours on hold, I'm still waiting!!!

I have enrolled in automatic CPAP supplies 3 or 4 times now and I have only received them once. They keep saying I'm not enrolled. My Spouse will be get A prescription for A CPAP machine soon and we will no r be using RTA.

Not helpful at all. Gave me the run around to get my grandfather neb machine. We had a Dr. Note for one and the refused the note. So we ended up buying one from good will . I would never tell anyone to come there . This has been the third problem with them.

What a Bad buisness,i have parts for my chair to be fixed(my broke chair)in a box at RTA but no tech to do the work.How di you call your self a mobility place but have no tech on site to do the work.
