My family has been going to this clinic almost 3 yrs. Jessica Wills is amazing. Listens well and makes sure you understand before you leave. She is very honest and has no problem referring to specialist. I also have had good experience with Keith Bass. He listens and together find what medication works for me. For being a clinic I feel they do a great job.

I was told by my Dr and nurse to bring documents by to get signed for physical therapy, the receptionist didn't even call back to my Dr, she demanded I go to medical records drop off the documents, I have had documents lost before, so not an option. I have had a previous experience with the same receptionist, she argued with me as to which of my 2 insurances were primary.

Love the place . Everyone is totally nice . The staff is very professional . They've ALWAYS addressed ANY ISSUES IVE BROUGHT TO THEIR ATTENTION. The fact that I can take care of so many things in one place has been a life saver! Dental, mental health, general medicine for my diabetes, And they helped me with finding housing , getting a S.S. disability case filed and going, as well as referrals to specialists in any times that I may have needed one. Over all it's the best health care I've EVER been involved with . I'd suggest it to anyone to go to ANNA RURAL HEALTH CLINIC , if you want top quality care . And a staff that just keeps getting better at what all they do there.

Absolutely the worst dentist. Had a couple of cavities filled and my teeth are worse now than before I went. I have never felt pain like this after going to a dentist. I told them what was going on and they said itll be fine ...its been 2 months and its still the worst pain.

Some of the nurses are very good and really nice. I however am not getting good care from my doctor. I have been having abdominal pain for over a month, have had 2 ct scans and have called twice for results which are still sitting in the doctor's inbox and flagged urgent. I still have not received a call and I have an enlarged spleen! Definitely changing doctor's because I don't feel like she even cares about my health.

If you want efficient and thorough care do not go here. I have waited over a week for lab results. I contacted the front desk because I wasn’t receiving a call back from the nurse. They transferred me to medical records which there was no response. The following day I tried it all over again leaving messages for the nurse and when there was no response they sent me to medical records again, no response. I ask the front desk to speak to a person so they page someone in medical records which I finally ask for lab results only to be told they can’t provide that information. When I finally am able to speak to a nurse I’m told the lab didn’t even test for what they were supposed to. I have worked in health care and this is a poorly ran office/clinic.

I’ve had no problems with Dr. Michael Holub as a dentist so far. My teeth look great now. I do have some concerns about the psychiatrist Keith Bass, though. He used to be a primary care doctor. He has had zero issues prescribing medicine that’s contraindicated for your diagnosis’s and never telling you the risks or following up about the medication. There’s many mental disorders you can’t exactly “prove” you have but that doesn’t mean you just call your patients hypochondriacs like this guy does. I have a brain injury which though I have a neurologist for, I still need a psychiatrist for and this one has no problem upping doses on medicine that I state multiple times only make my symptoms worse. He’s even told me before that my injury causes no symptoms whatsoever which literally no other doctor/psychiatrist agrees with at all. I’m convinced he prescribes whatever medicine costs the most for you or your insurance at expense of your mental and physical health. Prescribes antipsychotics (these medicines cause permanent movement disorders and diabetes along with other serious side effects) even if your only complaint is insomnia before even trying something like trazodone first. (Quetiapine is NOT a sleeping pill and every other psychiatrist I’ve asked about this says they already confirmed this years ago but it’s apparently still common practice.) My friend and I both have a similar experiences with him in that: he’s said verbatim to both of us that “I’ll pull whatever I want” and proceeds to refuse to agree to a voice recording which is sketchy in my opinion and something we’ve had no issue getting other doctors to agree to. Please do not take anyone you genuinely care about to this psychiatrist, he doesn’t seem very educated in psychiatry if he prescribes contraindicated medication left and right without ever even following up about it and even if he was educated enough to know that antipsychotics aren’t sleeping pills, refusing to agree to voice recordings after what he said to my friend and I is very sketchy

Very unprofessional and very rude. I made an appointment a month in advance for my 4 children. One was at 3 pm followed by 3:15, 3:30, and 3:45. We walk in at 3 on the dot and got told they would not being seeing any of my children because we were not there by 2:55. Drove a whole hour after having to get off work early and go get all my kids out of school. Will never take myself or my children there again. Horrible rude people
