We went because we heard they had a great price on chicken food, we walked in the door and were immediately greeted and found 2$ t shirts! As we were checking out the cashier(Mouse) made the experience even better by being so kind and bubbly. She went to weigh one of our items and came back with candy for my kids. 10/10 will be going there from now on!

Their online inventory is not accurate. Their website indicated they had multiple batteries in stock, I drove almost 45 minutes to make it before they closed. I couldn’t locate the item in question, asked someone for help and he confirmed he shows they have 11 in stock. Then he returned 5-10 minutes later and told me he’s unable to locate any as well. The next morning, they’re still showing in stock so I called to ask if they could verify they had them in stock and they also confirmed they don’t have any.

My whole family absolutely loves Rural King!! It is a huge store that has a huge selection of farm and
home items. They
have coffee in the
morning for their
customers, and they also have fresh made popcorn all day long for everyone. Also, it's
a nice place where the kids can go and see baby chickens and baby rabbits that are
for sale. They also sell
clothes, outdoor furniture, a wide
variety of dog, cat,
and wild bird supplies.

Rarely has what I am looking for. Many times website says store has in stock, but when I am at the store, none are there. Employees are not friendly and helpful at all. Not sure why I keep coming back here. If they have what you are looking for, they do have good prices.

Has a great variety of dog supplies from food to dog sweaters . Reasonably priced and the staff was polite, friendly and knowledgeable.

They sell their weed killer for too high on the rack it says $10.99 but when I went to the cashier she says they were $39.99 I could get the same size and brand at Home Depot but for less at $19.97. I also looked at their animals and they don't seem to take care of their turkeys compared to their chickens and rabbits because I saw 2 dead turkeys in the tub that they're inside. The only good thing of the store was the free popcorn.

It started out questionable, but the manager and Mouse helped straighten our visit out tremendously. Thank you to the forklift, driver who was waiting on us. All in all, good visit. Would recommend Rural King in Collinsville.
