I took my son (8yrs old) in for an x-ray and the whole experience was a lot more pleasant than I thought it would be. The registration was easy and the staff were friendly. When we went to get the x-ray, the technician was extremely helpful and friendly with my son. He was super nervous but they helped him calm down and he said it wasn't scary at all. I appreciate all the help that we received and the friendly faces that we met.

I was greeted and taken back to the surgery prep area. They were so quick and polite...I was ready to go see the doctor. I was put to sleep fast & easy. I woke up to nice nurses keeping me warm and my nice doctor telling me what happened. I would give them a 5 star recommendation!

Was seen for an overnight sleep study. There was someone in the lobby to greet me, and then another patient and I had an escort to take us to the Sleep Center. The lady in charge explained everything she would be doing and was very personable. My only complaint was the early departure time (5:30). We were waked up just after 5, so I didn’t get my full 6 hrs. in.

Amazingly clean and very orderly hospital. Checking in with the friendly staff at registration was flawless and quick with a short wait time. The staff that worked on me were very professional and Amazingly caring. Last, but not least, my cardiologist Doctor William Davis, thank you for not only being a great cardiologist, but a great listener as well. I would highly recommend Russell Medical and all the affiliated doctors and nurses. Lastly, their chicken and dumplings and spinach they fed me were amazing!

I was at Russell Medical Center yesterday, August 19, for my annual mammogram. All the ladies in the women’s center were wonderful. They were very sweet and very professional. I appreciate it their kindness because I have a condition that makes it very difficult for me to stand and for me to do all those positions they want you to be in for The mammogram. Really appreciate their patience.

One star is too much! The only reason I can give 1 star is because the 3rd floor was good! The ED sucked! We waited so long to have answers and, they still can’t tell us what’s wrong with him even after staying 2 nights! We are going to get answers from somewhere else so we know what’s going on with our son!

I just want to say this was the best experience with our daughter. First, the ED staff from registration, nurses, and the doc there was amazing. The doc was very thorough and the tall, young lab tech, you did great even though you’re not used to dealing toddlers! Have more faith in yourself. To the dark headed nurse thank you for treating us with compassion because I was sleep deprived and emotional ?
JORDAN JONES, when I tell you that you were absolutely amazing at what you do, you are. The tiny Dino ? didn’t even cry when she had to give and IV. They waddled her up, stuck her, and secured everything in a snap.
To the 3rd floor staff, you ladies and Dr. Tauro were great as well. Sorry if she made you feel unwelcome, it’s not you… definitely her, as she does this with everyone!
I do plan to email Misty B. With a story of the staff we had. I don’t think that just the negative feedback is important, positive lets you know you all are right where you’re meant to be, and doing what you were put here to do.

My 96 year old mom was in the Intensive Care Unit for a heart procedure. The nursing staff were wonderful, from the techs to the nurse practitioners. They were the hands on, above and beyond just the doctors’ orders. Their concern and care was as healing as the meds and treatments. I also cannot say enough about the physical therapists. They made sure mom got out of bed and walked, despite being connected to two IVs, heart monitor, and oxygen monitor, maintaining her strength and mobility so that she could walk out of the hospital the same way she walked in! Russell Hospital ICU care was exceptional.
